Cute hotel rooms very clean but a bit small especially the bathroom. It's a bit like a rabbits warren lots of little rooms of corridors. Staff friendly and courteous..a few different languages spoken. Would stay again..super make and pharmacy across the road. And just a sort walk to the termini.

Have stayed in many Italian properties in cities including Sorrento, Rome, Florence, Viarregio, Venice, and several Tuscany properties. This is the very worst we have ever encountered. The staff was almost "hostile" if we asked for assistance at front desk. The bar had no whiskey (okay, I should be drinking wine in wine country) and the bartender was flustered. So,... More

This hotel is in a great location in central Rome; it's within walking distance of many of the main attractions, close to the metro and the area itself has plenty of places to eat, drink or shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful and able to recommend a great place for us to eat. The room was clean and... More

This hotel is in a very good location from all the sights rome has to offer, you can walk to the majority of things or walk 5 minutes up the road to the metro and zoom around that way. The hotel is very nice and staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at breakfast is good with a variety... More

Eurostar offers you the place to stay for exploring Rome by foot. Also, only a 10 minutes walk from the airport shuttle/railway station, if you choose to walk. The location is superb but also the hotel offers nice, tidy rooms with free WiFi. We had a room with a tv, minibar, two nice separate beds and a bathroom with a... More

The location can't be any better. Middle of the Rome shopping area, but not too noise and crowded place. All major sightseeings are easy to reach by walking from the hotel. If I try to find something negative, beds was not so good, but still good enough. Excellent breakfast too.

Poor room view, uncomfortable bed, awful speed internet, water in bathroom, changes every 2 seconds from cold to too hot, not comfortable to take a bath at all. The staff is unpolite and unhelpful, when I arrived just told, wait till 2-3 afternoon, till our official check in time, for check out, 2 times blocked the money on the credit... More

We value cleanliness and this hotel is very clean - thank you to whoever looks after the 4th floor. The location is, as mentioned by many other reviewers, perfect. Great cafes and restaurants all around and useful shops (a Spar opposite and late mini market first Via on the left). Our room was one of the "economic" rooms (we booked... More
