Stayed one night as we were in transit. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet, which was important to us. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. When we had our flight cancelled unexpectedly, they helped us out by extending the checkout time and providing a half day rate, so we could stay until... More

As basic as basic gets. Really disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel as the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The beds are hard and uncomfortable, the rooms dated. Flat pillows, not enough plugs, tiny little TV. The location is fine but I would definitely not stay here again.

Stayed for two nights in May 2015 and everything was perfect. It is not fancy, basic but really nice staff. Air conditioned room and all needs were met and the location was perfect for walking to anywhere we wanted to go.

In the heart of Rome, you couldnt get a better location to stay. The area is very nice, felt very safe at night around there. Not even a 10minute walk to the spanish steps, trevi fointain and collesseum. The main train station and bus station only a 5 minute walk. We did not opt for breakfast at hotel as there are... More

Very good location at the city center, nice breakfast. However, we believe that it could be much better, concearning the value payed and the fact that this is a four star hotel: the rooms are small and the hotel's interior isn't as well conservated as it should be.

The hotel is very close (20 min. on foot) to the main historical attractions, but this is the only benefit. For 4 nights we weren't able to connect to the "free" WiFi even once (if you need internet during your stay, you should avoid this hotel). The iron wasn't available for the guests to use for "safety" reasons, and the... More

Very expensive for small and uncomfortable room- bed by bathroom. We received very narrow two beds instead of queen size. They claimed no other rooms were available.. Wi- fi terriblly slow or impossible to connect. It disconnets too often. Breakfast has very basic selection. Deception in photos. I do not recommend it to anyone.

We cut our staff short by two days . The location of the hotel is the only good thing. Very close to the hop on hop off bus stop. The first day we asked the staff about our room being hot and they stated it was against the law to turn the A/C on in Rome??? Then wifi access is... More

Spotlessly clean beds and bathrooms. Friendly efficient staff. Hotel location great for all Rome sites and transport system. Very nice building and good bar/cafe for morning coffee and epastries directly across the street. Good late night Irish bar one block up if required. Recommended.

Excellent location in Rome, we were able to walk everywhere from the hotel so it was very central. The staff are very helpful and informative. Rooms are on the small side but what more could you expect with it's location. They are modern and very clean. I would definitely stay there again
