A few friends and I try to take an annual trip abroad and this year it was Italy. We've all been there before but not for years so it was really nice to revisit Rome. The location of Navona First made it perfect since we didn't have to deal with buses at all and could go sightseeing on foot, at... more

What perfect weather, June was the best time to go to Rome and we found the coolest little B&B to enjoy it in. Residenza Navona First was just the nicest place, and despite all the stairs the rooftop was just amazing and such a nice place to have breakfast and late night cocktails. That feature and use of the kitchen... more

And just because I made it back this year to a B&B I stayed in back in May......I was there again to visit my friend in Rome who recommended it, and Residenza Navona First delivered the same stellar service and nice atmosphere as before. There's a little room in back of reception they really renovated and even though there's no... more

The hotel is very easy to find (1min from Piazza Navona), there was someone there who could speak perfect English and was very welcoming. The building was a classical retro appartment building with a great old time elevator. The room was clean and cozy, we had clean sets of towels eveyday but not linen which were not changed 'til we... more

Ok, let's try this again without the computer eating my review! At the end of summer a group of friends and I who haven't really hung out much since college decided to do a little backpacking around Europe for old times sake. Our trip ended in Rome and I've got to say, Residenza San Pantaleo really blew our minds. First,... more

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall it was pretty good if a bit on the pricey side. If not for the 10% cash discount I'd feel very ripped off. The location by Navona and Fiore is great if you want to hang out there and it gets pretty quiet at night so you will sleep fine. The rooms... more

Thanks for your feedback about your stay. We're glad there were positive points and thank you for pointing out the negatives since things like that help us improve our services and let us know what points we need to work on. We've never heard complaints about the breakfast staff, but are glad you pointed out that you were treated rudely...

We went mid-August 2009 and stayed for 9 nights. The residenza was very near Piazza Navona. Fortunately, we were given a break in price because of the length of our stay (thanks, Sonia). We stayed in a triple occupancy room, which was clean and was a good size. The airconditioning worked - a great plus because it was really hot.... more

Thanks very much for your review and positive comments. Thanks as well for your concern about the key, and yes, it got back to us safely :) Though we normally will respond to that query when asked at check in, it may not be a bad idea to designate a sign and a corner of the reception desk to "key...

This is a nice little bed and breakfast. It is located between the Vatican and the Colosseum. I could walk to all the places with in about 20 mins. The room was clean and small witch is what i expected. Don't expect any amities thou. There are no phones, but it does have WIFI. And the credit card machine was... more

Thanks for the positive feedback! We value these highly since they're what we use to improve our service and keep clients happy. Sorry about the credit card machine-that happends very seldom, but it does happen to the best of us. Just a question; what do you mean by no amenities? It's true the rooms aren't equipped with phones (most small...

What better graduation present than bringing my sons to Rome, right? Thanks to Residenza San Pantaleo we could actually afford to come back to my favorite city on Earth, and give my sons an awesome first time here (they gave us a cash discount, which totally helped, even though the rates were low to begin with). The location is perfect,... more

I booked 2 rooms last winter so I could take my dad back to Rome for the 1st time in 15 years (Italy is his native country) and my husband for the first time ever. The staff was really nice, and very tolerant of my bad Italian in emails, and even able to serve me in English which my dad... more
