Friendly and helpful staff before arrival, booked car to meet us at airport, and once there - didn't matter we arrived after 9pm. Spacious room with comfortable beds and nice linen. Bathroom small but fine and very clean. Location is everything and you couldn't be better placed here with so much to see in walking distance. Good range of restaurants... More

Stayed here in Nov 2014 for 4 nights. Great location, you can walk to Campo d'Fiori, Vatican City, Trastevere, and almost all attractions in Rome or catch a bus from across the street. We walked everywhere. Great restaurants in Campo d'Fiori and Trastevere. Other Pros - Our room, bed, bathroom was clean. Front desk staff was just 1 person, Valentino... More

San Pantaleo actually has several locations in this area (3 that I know of). They were at capacity and we arrived late in the day. Our 1st night was a large, quiet room with little light. Valentino moved us to a brighter room near the Piazza dei Fioro. Perfect location, view and easy access to food, sites, and shopping. You have... More

Wonderful residence in a superb location. Everything is within walking distance! The residence is lovely and very modern. Our room had to have had 12 foot ceilings and was decorated with great modern art. The staff was very friendly and always happy to help. I would stay here again in a heartbeat,

Stayed here for 3 nights in September and really happy we did! The location is central to everything! Took about 20 min to walk to Colosseum and 20 min to the Vatican City. We never had to use public transit. Make sure you call them ahead of time and let them know what time you're arriving. We arrived around 7pm... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and upon our arrival we were greeted by Dora from the reception (located a minute down the road) who gave us some great tips on where to eat, where to shop and how to get around as it was our first time in Rome in was much appreciated. The hotel itself is more than... More

Perfect location in central Rome. Walking distance to "everything" within 30 min. Lots of dining- and shopping options in nearby area. Small hotel, 5 rooms. I stayed in room nr. 2, which was a very nicely decorated, up-to-date room, large Windows that gave a good natural light in the room, despite facing another large building. wonderful bed, plenty of room... We were very happy with this Residenza; located in an authentic old building, close to the main sights; approximately 50 meters from the Piazza Navona; 100 meters from the Campo di Fiori; 20 minutes by foot from the Vatican etc. Very nice room with enough space for 3 (2 adults and son of 14 years); comfortable beds; small bathroom but... The location couldnt have been better. We walked everywhere in Rome from this hotel. The service: eh. The woman who was supposed to check us in didnt show up on time, and was fairly unprofessional. The room: above average. It was clean, had decent air conditioning, and nice beds, barring the extra bed brought in; that was not the best.... More

This was our first experience of staying in a B&B aboard as we usually opt for the more expensive hotels. However due to its location and TripAdvisor reviews we decided to give it a go. First of all the location was perfect, all the main sites are within walking distance, The Vatican, Colosseum and Trevi Fountain are roughly 10-20minute walk... More
