We (husband, myself & two teens) stayed here as part of our Trafalgar Coach Tour. This was the starting point so we spent two nights here. The rooms were very clean, tidy and quite spacious by the standard of a big city. We had two rooms however they weren't interconnecting (I found that they do not have many interconnecting rooms... We had stay pinewood hotel in October. Our flight was late so we had a late check inn, we stayed 5 nights and it was perfect. The hotel located in a good area ( just a bit far to main attractions ) but the connection to the city is very well, you don't even need a car. We had booked... More

The hotel is pretty much what you would expect for a capital city. It gave you sufficient from the bed and breakfast point of view. The bedroom we were given consisted of two bedrooms one of twin beds and the main room of a double bed. Wifi was reasonable, if a little slow at times and the breakfast had a... More

we arrived in this first class hotel thanks the booking made by Trafalgar. We arrived by coach early in the morning and, with our surprise, we could get suddenly the room at 10:00 a.m. The porterage service was rapid, in only 5 minutes sour luggage was in our room. The staff was friendly and professional in the same time. Our... More

We were part of a Travelsphere tour group. We were late arriving and had a set dinner on arrival - the food was good in terms of quality and quantity. The bar is described in the hotel literature as staying open until midnight but when I got there at 10:30 the barman was getting ready to close. The room, like... More

I stayed in this hotel on a Sheerings holiday. I flew into Rome because I did not want to travel all the way by coach from the UK. My transfer to the Hotel was fine. But some of the area around the hotel looked a bit run down. The hotel itself was well maintained and clean. The staff were very... More

Spent a week here and can't praise it enough The staff were always smiling, courteous and extremely helpful. Our room, 109, was clean and comfortable and towels changed everyday. The only downside was that the smoke alarm was directly above the bed, and we found it really difficult to sleep as the power lights on it flash every 20 seconds... More

I've been staying almost a week in this cosy hotel in Rome. We booked through the internet and we didn't know the exact location, it was a nice surprise when we discovered there was a real pinewood just in front of the hotel. We especially enjoyed the terrace and its chill out space, overlooking the S. Peters' dome. Very friendly... More
