Nothing to write home about a sparse room. Bedroom door would not lock from the inside, wardrobe door was almost hanging off had to tighten it up with my screw driver. Shower curtain frame just about hanging on.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and found the location perfect, only minutes from Termini and around the corner from Metro Republica and just off Via Nazionale & Via XX Settembre so it's an ideal base for visiting what Rome has to offer. Staff were friendly and informative and the building itself was interesting. The rooms are basic... More

Since I have quite some things to say, and I expect some would visit in other periods of the year, I would point out firstly the positive sides which are as follows: good location, rooms clean, towels change every day, extremely polite girl working a night shift at the reception desk, breakfast typical continental, small rooms but we didn't really... We lived on the 4th floor and we had an elevator .The breakfast very good! Free wifi in reception and lounge but not in the room. Is 3 minutes' walk from Repubblica Metro and relatively... More

I stayed here with 4 of my friends whilst on a trip to Rome to do some sight seeing. It was a great location and very reasonably priced. The place is clean and comfortable. It's not too fancy but we weren't expecting to be in the room too much anyway. Shower pressure was a little weak but wasn't too bad!... More

This is an OK place for a stopover, near to the railwaystation and not far from a lot of interesting sights. Room small, simple but clean and OK, breakfast very simple, wifi not functioning in the room only in receptionarea. This is not a place you would like to stay several days if you want a good experience in/ of... More

Very nice hotel on great location. Convenient for couples and families. As I was with kids, for me it was the most important that it was very clean (sheets, towels, rooms cleaned and towels changed every morning). Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Near public transport stations, restaurants, shops. The room was small but it was OK for few... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
