Just came back from Rome - Such an amazing city!! Location: The hotel is a bit out of the way BUT it's so quiet and peacful. It's literally a 2 minute walk to the Metro stop Policlinco (which is on the metro line B) only 2 stops away from the Main station Termini - 5 minutes tops! 4 stops from... More

We stayed here in May 2014 for 3 nights and the hotel was perfect for our needs. We planned busy days sight seeing and found the hotel a comfortable place to stay at the end of a busy day. The great thing about this hotel was its proximity to the metro. Make sure you have coins for the metro as... More

As per the other reviews - when you get the hang of the metro - Policlinico is just across the road - and you can pick up single trip tickets €1.50 each at the tabac across the road. If you turn right and walk straight out the hotel and keep going you follow the city wall and come to the... More

Beautiful setting, and our upgraded room was very spacious and luxurious. It's a bit off the beaten path as it's located outside the 'wall', but once familiar with the underground connections its quite convenient. It's primarily a residential neighborhood, so there aren't a lot of shops. There is a small market nearby and a fabulous family owned restaurant about three... More

A very nice place to stay. A litle away from the city center but just two minutes walk to the Metro station Policlinico and from there you could go anywhere in the town. There are busy streets nearby but the hotel was located around 100m from those so you will not hear any traffic noise at all in the hotel.... More

I read at Trip Advisor that a guest has been a victim of a theft in the hotel room. During my stay at the same hotel in the beginning of this year I was also exposed to a theft in my hotel room situated at the second floor. When I tried to get compensation of the stolen goods from the... More

Dear Sir, our insurance company is still investigating about the theft that you claims to have suffered. In Italy, the evaluation times are very long and do not yet know the outcome of the matter. Our insurance company, is very skeptical that the thieves can be climbed to a height of 10 meters without a staircase and without leaving fingerprints... More

This hotel has a lot going for it. Others have complained about the location, but we were happy enough since it is only 5 minutes/7 Euros in a taxi from Rome Central Station, and we walked to most locations - 20 minutes to the station, 40 minutes to the Spanish Steps; on the other hand there's a metro stop round... As an international traveler, having reliable internet is a huge priority. Villa Morgagni requires you to walk to the front desk and pay 1 euro for every hour you want to be online, it's a huge inconvenience. And good luck receiving the signal in your room, during my stay in March of 2014, I spent several hours sitting in the... More

We stayed at the for 3 nights. The staff was very helpful and always accommodating. It was quiet and the breakfast was good for a long day of sightseeing. The room was quite small which is what we expected. The need was hard and the pillows were flat. We also expected that. It would be nice if the Europeans would improve... More
