We stayed in the Hotel Mozart for 2 nights prior to a cruise out of Civitevecchio. The location was excellent, a 5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, a 15 to 25 minute walk to the Trevi fountain, Piazza Navonna, Pantheon. We booked two rooms for our family, We had a superior triple, which was large even by American standards,... More

Situated on the via del Corso, the Vivaldi rooms (separate from the hotel) were private and very quiet - the trade off being there was no view. The bedding was spotless but there were a few cobwebs around the curtains and the bathroom shower cubicle glass was streaked and a little dated. Overall the decor needed freshening up. I didn't... We stayed here in June for 6 great days in Rome. Our room on the 3rd floor was small but had everything including a kettle and tea/coffee which came in useful. The staff are friendly and arranged a limo to take us back to the airport on our last day-it was a perfect ending to the holiday. Breakfast was tasty... More

This is a small hotel tucked into a side street not far from the Spanish steps so the location is great. We had 3 rooms, traveling as a family - the children's rooms were the smallest on offer - I don't suggest you book those unless you are traveling alone - way too small. Hotel staff were helpful/friendly Wi-Fi was... More

Hotel Mozart has a great location to the Spanish Steps with many shops & restaurants nearby. We stayed here one night before our cruise and one night after our cruise in the Vivaldi apartments. These were located in the annex, which wasn't far from the main hotel. The room was very big & the restrooms were big compared to other... More

This Hotel was wonderful! There were 5 of us staying for 2 nights. The rooms were clean, spacious and tidy and we all made use of the rooftop bar which was a great addition during the summer weather. The breakfast was very good and they had an excellent selection to choose from. All in all the Hotel we couldn't fault... More

The hotel itself is not bad at all! Great location, close to both shopping and many typical tourist attractions. The hotel was nice and tidy, though the rooms are about the same size as closeths. The breakfast is average to good. There is some noise from the street below at night, so you should Think twice Before staying here if... More

Thank you for your review. Now we have the chance to explain you what happened. When guests check out, we charge the cost of the room. In this case, the transaction was denied and we had to try three times to charge the total cost of their stay, until the transaction was successful. It is not our personal policy, we... More

Nice hotel, close to everything. People working there were very helpful. Place was very clean. They have a great breakfast buffet and a nice rooftop bar/sitting area. They also have a sitting area within the hotel. It is a very charming place.

Centrally-located hotel with very helpful staff. Our concierge was extremely helpful in assisting us with our daily activities. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The room and bathroom were typically small for a major European city-center room which is fine, however the shower was VERY cramped (I'm 6'2" and weigh 195 athletic lbs). It was an adventure indeed...LOL! On... More
