We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and if you are only looking for a place to sleep it should be ok. The good things about this hotel were: helpful staff, excellent location. Less than positive things: awful breakfast (stale pastries, small selection, tables not set, no fruit to speak of) - espresso machine a saving grace though; aircon... More

Hotel very old but clean and neat. Breakfast not very good. Very well located. Can do most of your shopping either on Del Tritone or by the Spanish steps. Better to get something to eat at Trevi Fountain. Pricing better and food tastier. Special thank you to Enzo the hotel manager and his uncle the owner. They made our stay... More

This hotel is certainly under rated it would be a minimum 4 star, it is stunning inside and the age of the building with their extensive renovations is located in a central area. The staff and owner of the hotel were extremely accommodating and professional at all times. I highly recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed.

We stayed 5 nights pre booked and did not get the apartment on 5th floor which we booked. Instead our party of 5 we're put into 2 rooms on 3rd floor which were doubles with a roll in bed to sleep 5th person. Beds were uncomfortable, bathroom extremely small for 3, drain odour was horrible, and fridge door didn't lock.... More

I and my man stayed in Rome in hotel Residenza Antica Roma over a weekend, two nights. Location was excellent, it is located quite near Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon and The Spanish Steps (Trinità dei Monti). There was just a quick walk to Spanish steps and other attractions in that area. Hotel is peacful and interiors are beutifully decorated. Room... More

We were a family of 4 (including 2 teenage boys) just coming off of a 12-day cruise and wanted to spend a night in Rome before heading home. The hotel, booked by our travel agent, was nicer than I expected after walking into the little lobby right off of the street. Our room was small, but charming and was perfect... More

Residenza Antica Roma was recommended to us and booked by our travel agent. When we arrived from Roma Termini, our taxi driver drove us straight to the hotel, and it was only about a 10 minute drive. We noticed that it was on a bustling, busy street, close to the Barberini Metro Line A station, several bus stops, and within... More

Very friendly staff. Very helpful as well. Rooms were good size and clean. Great location for walking to many attractions and restaurants. Quiet even though located on somewhat busy street. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

We had a quad room (two parents and two grown children) for three nights. Room was fairly small, per norm, and very clean. The staff was very accommodating, and we truly enjoyed the stay. We didn't spend much time at the hotel, which is very close to Via Veneto, Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain (which is currently under renovation).... More

Great little hotel, in a fabulous location, closing to everything. We had a fabulous room with silk on the walls. The windows had double glazing so it was pretty quiet even though we overlooked the main street. The breakfast was very nice with everything you could want. The staff was friendly and were able to book a shuttle to the... More
