Wonderful 4 night stay. Staff were helpful and informative. Metro close by and supermarket . Short walk to Trevi fountain and other landmarks. Travelled with our 14 year old daughter and fitted quite comfortable in the room.

We recently stayed at this hotel in the quad room (adequate space - good bathroom) for a few nights and the hotel was great. Check in was easy, the staff were helpful, the location was fantastic (very close to Barberini Station and around the corner from the Trevi Fountain) and the facilities were good. The breakfast was the same everyday... More

Strategically located, not too busy yet a short walk from loads of attractions and shopping, beautiful interior, loved the terrace room which was located at the back so it was pretty quiet there. Fairly ok sized room but spacious toilet with a bathtub!! Very clean and well kept. Free wifi too, though don't count on it, signal can sometimes be... More

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in November. The room was lovely with lovely decorations and trimmings. Bathroom clean and shower small but adequate. Central location to Rome's attractions and a very large number of attractions, restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Concierges spoke English and were most helpful. Highly recommended for a Rome stay.

In January of 2013 (not 2014!), my husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights before a cruise. The location is super convenient to lots of stores, restaurants, sights, as well as public transportation. We especially appreciated the great continental breakfast and how quiet it was at night. The people who work at the hotel are so helpful... More

Room spacious, central to all major attractions, concierge speak English, cheap and moderately priced restaurants close. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower a dream, albeit small. Breakfast continental only, but good food.

It was a lovely experience staying in this little hotel for 5 nights a month ago. We had a room that could accommodate three adults, one big double bed and another one, single but very comfortable. It was not too big but we had enough space to even put away three big suitcases. There was a closet, small fridge and... More

I stayed at Residenza Antica for 9 nights, the room is average but clean everyday, fresh towels daily and bed made up. Breakfast is just right, however no soy milk or decaf for lactose intolerant like me. Staff are nice such as: Enzo, Lawrence, Samsone (from the kitchen), Vitaly and Sandro. Enzo is helpful and pleasant and willing to ring... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
