Location is fantastic. We were there for 4 nights in October 2011. We had two rooms- one was moldy and in disrepair. Took a couple of rooms to cater for family of 4, location is great near the Trevi, Spanish Steps and Barberini Art museum (which I through far better than being herded around the packed Vatican Museum).
