We were really disappointed on our arrival to this hotel. I wonder what is the criteria followed when hotels are awarded a certain number of stars. When I read the reviews before booking I thought the people that left bad reviews were being a little mean and looking into it too much, but now I know that they weren't. We... More

Dear Madame, after reading that in Rome in August with 40° degrees C there wasn't a duvet on the bed and that in the bin there wasn't the bin bag, we find it difficult to answer. In any case, we apologize and we take inspiration from your careful observations to improve more and more!! Best regards More

Nice peaceful hotel, just what my sister and I needed after a long day sightseeing the beautiful landmarks of Rome, it offers free parking, nice breakfast, wi fi in our room, 2 computers and a printer available for guests, 10 minute walk to Cornelia train station, 5 minute walk to Via Boccea where we got a celll phone. Hotel staff... More

Amenities nil, if you want a drink you have to use vending machine. Room very outdated for 4 star, sat. TV was all Italian not even BBC world news. No resterraunt to speak of just microwave food. Break fast OK but no fresh fruit when fruit market just up the road. Staff quite rude, but can be helpful.

The room is simple but clean, for what we needed it(crashing at the ends of our long days) was perfect. We even had free WIFI in the room and air conditioning. Continental breakfast is from 6:30 until 9:30 and it caters to almost all needs There are several options to choose from in terms of pastries and baked goods, yoghurt... More

This hotel is away from city center. However, the good things is that not far away there is a bus stop and a little bit further - metro. So it is not difficult to reach Rome center. Rooms are nothing special - simple and clean. Continental breakfast was basic but good. Wifi is paid however one evening I got it... More

I stayed for 3 nights with my family. The facilities were good. My stay was made, though, by the charming and very obliging staff. Lovely. We used the Metro to get around, a short walk away and unbelievably cheap. I would definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to visit Rome in the future.

The location was good, the no 46 bus at the end of the road took you to the Vatican area every 15 minutes. The metro from Cornelia metro station which is the nearest to the hotel was excellent too. The public transport system in Rome is top class and myself and my wife felt entirely safe at all times day and... More

Arrived around noon to be told the hotel was overbooked !! We were transferred to another hotel locally which was great and we got checked in immediately. Despite asking if we could remain at the new hotel we were transferred back the next day. The rooms were a bit more basic including the bathrooms and the beds not quite as... More

Not impressed on first arrival, Basil faulty style (rude) male at the reception desk who warned us all to listen carefully as he will not be repeating anything if we miss it! Then entered fairly clean very very hot room at back of hotel, air con was not working very well at all and was as old as the ark!... More
