When entering the hotel I found it very small and old. As there were 3 of us we asked for a double room but when arriving in the room there were 2 single beds and a horrible pink sofa, which turned out to be the third bed! I will admit the room was clean however the air conditioning was terrible... More

We spent three nights in this hotel. The staff was helpful, they speak clear English. The rooms were a bit small, but clean and tidy. Also the room walls were covered with noise canceling cushion. The location is great; it is a waking distance to all attractions in central Rome and also close to the main metro station. Breakfast is... More

Based on the hotel's description, I was excited to stay here, and I was very disappointed. The service was terrible. The no-smoking room I requested had a heavy scent of stale cigarette smoke and the windows were open to freshen the room. The towels were not changed daily. The staff was downright curt. I am not a demanding traveler. I... More

This hotel was wonderful for the price. It is only a 10 min walk to both the Colloseum and the Trevi Fountain with the Metro nearby as well. The rooms were very clean and an excellent breakfast was provided each morning. The only problem we had with this hotel was the service. Expect horrible service at this hotel. They were... More

Great location within a few minutes of The Termini ,metro and the bus station.Easy to get to almost anywhere in Rome.Hotel and rooms clean. Small shower area . 2 areas let the hotel down and both concerned the staff, firstly their inability or refusal to control noisy guests in the public corridors late at night and secondly their lack of customer... We stayed at the Flower Garden Hotel for 4 nights. The location of the hotel is ideal for a sightseeing trip to Rome. Between the Repubblica Station and the Termini Station you have access to virtual any mean of public transport in Rome. As for the hotel itself is clean, cozy and in my opinion better than other 3 star... More

This hotel is small in a central location near to termini station. We spent 4 nights here in February. The room was clean and the staff on reception were helpful. It had a large ensuite bathroom and a television in the room. Continental breakfast was provided and there was a lot of choice; pastries, rggs, toast, cheeses, meat, jam and... More

The staff was really friendly, however they had no clue who they gave the roomkeys to. I just walked in, told them the number of my room and they gave me the key (not always my key....). The breakfast was good and I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to everything, great for people arriving by train... More

This hotel has gotten bad reviews but after personally experiencing it i can honestly say it was a beautiful hotel! The room had aircon, very comfortable - private and quiet. The breakfast was sufficient with breads, cereals, fruit and juices as well as hot drinks. This hotel was located at walking distance to EVERYTHING - termini, attractions and cafes. All... More

The hotel is near Termini where we can find metro/bus/train. To someone who wants to walk the less possible with luggage and a central location it is the best location. Breakfast does not convince and air conditioner is really frustrating when you look desesperately for a cool brise. The person in charge is very nice and gives good advices about... More
