Keeping in mind all is VERY expensive in Rome (or located in the outskirts), this hotel turned to be a little gem for me to pick. Yes, the room was tiny. Yes, it was a bit worn. Yes, the bathroom was not shining (though clean enough). BUT. This accomodation is located in the very center of Rome, in a nice... More

We stayed at Hotel Cinquntatre for a few days around Easter. Apart from having around sex different people in the reception - because of the holidays - we felt welcome, the staff was nice, the breakfast room light and airy with a terrace where you could sit (weather permitting). Our room had a terrace! Loved it, room 502. Unfortunately we... More

I stayed in this hotel lately and It has indeed a very good location. 2 minutes walk from Piazza Barberini where is the metro and bus station and also 15 minutes walk from Via Del Corso and Piazza di Spagna. It also had a very good price so for me it was worth for what i was paying (around 60... More

Central location, close to metro station,shops,5 mins from spanish steps and trevi. Lovely hotel,we stayed on the second floor for 3 nights. We had a nice room with 2 windows and a small balconette. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Decor a little tired but the bed was comfy and linen was immaculate. Small fridge and a safe in the room... More

It's hard to find somewhere good in Rome! We struggled! It's a VERY expensive City, and after weeks of research, we decided this was the best hotel for our budget. It was perfectly fine for us to be honest. We were thrilled with the location, although it's a bit of a walk to most places, we enjoy walking the streets... More

We stayed here for the duration of our 9 day visit to the eternal city. The hotel itself added enjoyment to our whole Italy experience. We walked to this hotel from the train station when we came in. It was half a block from the Barberini train station as well. It was centrally located and we walked to all the... More

Staying here for a week was such a great idea. Got the only room with a balcony but it was comfortable and clean. Best things were the little fridge in the room, 24h access to free hot drinks and leftover breakfast pastries and biscuits. It was a great, quiet location in walkable distance to some of the beautiful Rome attractions... More

I paid for my hotel for 6 days using my rewards program from my credit card so I wasn't expecting much. But Hotel Cinquantatre was actually really a great deal. I'd have felt great having paid full price! My room was clean and well situated on the 4th floor, quiet and adequately appointed. I'm pretty picky about beds, as I... More

We stayed at this hotel because of its good location, near the centre and all the sights. Ηοwever, we were very diassapointed because the A/C was not working and they couln't fix it, or bring another one!!! The decoration of the room was nice, thought, and the breakfast was great, too.

We stayed for 5 nights, our stay was very enjoyable. Perfect for what we wanted. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was good. Bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is very small and quiet, it has a very cosy lift (2 people, or 1 person, 1 case!) Very close to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and still walking distance from... More
