OVERVIEW: Our reservation was originally booked on Hotel Center-1. However, upon arrival we were informed that our accommodations were at Hotel Center-3, located a couple of blocks down the road. We were given directions in broken English and left to fend for ourselves in a crowded sidewalk. HC-3 is located on a side street and not easily visible. When we... More

This hotel is not recommended. Very noisy and staff very rude and not willing to help you in anyway. Bathroom with sliding shower door broken ( very unsafe). Recommend stay away from this hotel as much as you can. My room was the # 314.

Upon arrival at the fairly nice looking Hotels Centre 1, we were greeted by the only fluent English speaking hotel employee of the visit. Unfortunately I was told I had to walk my luggage and daughter back up the steps and a further 5 minutes down the road, turn right to Hotels centre 3, located about halfway down Via Achille... More

We have stayed at Center 1 last time that we were in Rome, so we knew not to expect for much! The location is not graet, 7 minutes walking from the Termini station or half an hour by bus from the nearest piaaza. You can't control the aircondition by yourself (you need to ask the reception to do so for... More

I don't understand all the bad reviews!...Yes, the neighborhood is not the best but it certainly isn't the worst either. There are places here in nyc that make this one look almost suburban. The hotel was a good price, quiet, clean, and conveniently located near the rail station which is essential is you're moving around a lot. Our window was... More

Please do not bother booking this hotel. I didnt even bother to take any pictures of the hotel which I should have. The lights in the hotel hallway that lead to our room are motion sensored and shutted off a couple of minutes later. The elevator only fits one person and their luggage. I could not even walk into my... More

Do not go there, we paid more than 120 € per night for a dark small room (bathroom was almost bigger than the room) and duveits were filthy. Breakfast was frugal: brick juice, packed buscuits and toast, tea and terrible coffee, the best in that breakfast was the hot croissants. Coffe was so bad that the lady serving it offered... More

We booked this hotel having been advised that it was close to the centre of Rome and near all the sights we wanted to explore. However, we arrived, in the pouring rain, and spent over an hour trying to find the place. We found Center 1 and a very dismissive woman told us to go around the corner. We found... More
