Very nice hotel in a good location but wouldn't stay here again as there was no hot water for two days in a row when i wanted to have a shower in the morning. Location is good but service is terrible. I complained twice about the lack water and nothing happened.

The best thing is the location of this hotel. In the sqare near main Termini and accessable to all nearby attractions. The hotel was good as well. But not that luxerious as per its 5 start status.
