Very strange set up. Reception in one building, two floors up and the rooms in the next but one building on the first floor. Receptionist was friendly and everywhere was clean. Room was fine, a little tight, hot water wasn't consistent. It was fine for a quick city stay but dont take children

the Baltic is actually 2nd floor of an office block, so doesn't really have a street presence, but the room decor looked just as in the picture on their website. The shower room/toilet was extremely basic. The shower was simply a grating on the floor with a shower curtain around, that draped over the loo of you did not position... More

After reading lots of mixed reviews on this hotel I must admit I was worried about checking in, I soon found I had nothing to worry about!! The reception staff were amazing, our room wasn't ready which they soon sorted for us, the room was spacious and spotless, all you need for the time spent in the room! The room... More

No A/c, no room service, you cant order any thing in room because no kitchen , no sleepers for bathroom, single room size 6 feet by 10 feet. lift don't work, lumpy beds, the reception is one building and rooms are in other building so its not a hotel , its like a hostel room or getting an apartment room,... Work ever there's this guy at the front desk who charged us a tax, our travel agent told us that the tax depends on the quality of the hotel, so according to the quality of this hotel we should of pay no more than.3 euros each, and this guy asked us 15 each guess he kept the money, wifi is... The rooms are so small, beds are lumpy and nothing works. The old school lift says you can't take luggage in it and the reception is on the second floor. The toilet in our room wouldn't flush and we asked them to fix it in the morning and when we got back to our room late that night it wasn't... More

We arrived at check-in time but the room wasn't ready yet. The receptionist said we had to come back 2 hours later. Also, the air conditioning didn't work well. We we're sweating all night. When we asked room service if they could fix the air conditioning, they were very disgraceful and impolite. Overall, it was a bad experience!

The hotel is exactly what it says on the tin... 2 star (at its best). The room was extremely basic, no other words to describe it really. The air conditioning didnt work in the room regardless of how many times we informed them and when its nearly 40 degrees outside it just wasnt good enough, especially after long days of... More

Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights. When we arrived the room wasn't what we wanted (2xsingle beds) so I called to the reception to ask for the room we paid for. Receptionist wasn't helpful at all, but a chamber made fixed a room for us that we liked (good service). Breakfast wasn't special, but it got our days... More

My father and I went to this hotel in September for two nights. We were travelling with a backpack and were looking for something cheap in Rome because of the length of our trip. If you are looking for something cheap, closer to all locations AND comfortable, this is the place. We were a little bit discouraged by the poor... More
