It was a weird place to stay. The rception was somewhere else, the room somwhere else and the breakfast somewhere else!!! When we first came in we were to early but the person in the reception offered to keep our luggage. But when we told him that we were ripped off at the exchange bureau he just looked blank at us... more

My husband, three boys and I stayed at this B&B for one night after arriving in Rome. The driver picked us up at the airport and brought us to the hotel as arranged. There are five of us, but wanting to save money we all stayed in the same room, with bunk beds. The room was clean, comfortable, nice TV... more

too many complaints.. but will round it off.. didn't accept credit card (but took my booking with a card number)... got moved to two other hotels... ripped me off with the cost I was quoted. Didn't have the room I reserved. VERY rude and unhelpful staff. NO hot water for two days. Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy! more

There were only a handful of good things about this place - the location , which was very near the Termini station. They also had a large flatscreen TV and the air-conditioning was adequate. We were asked to pay upfront, which was strange - and even before we had seen our room, we were faced with very pushy hotel staff,... more

Given the cheap price of the hotel, I wasn't expecting it to be a grand building with luxurious rooms. However, I would also expect the room to be clean. Unfortunately, when we arrived and our room was made available two hours later, it reeked of damp and had wires hanging from the ceiling. Bizarrely, we were asked to pay in... more

As a family of 5, it's often hard for us to find a room that will fit us all. Cramped conditions are the norm. We also didn't want to spend vast amounts of money, so went for something that looked basic. Hotel Viennese Due exceeded our expectations in every way. Spotlessly clean room, clean towels, good bathroom and service with... more

Our family of five stayed here for about three nights in late june. Hotel Viennesse was by no means perfect but they are visably improving the place. Matter of fact while we were staying here after two nights they did change the bunk bed my kids were sleeping in. They really should of been changed before we arrived but perhaps... more

We booked 2 nights at this hotel, and after seeing the 'view' out the window, realizing there was NO air conditioning, NO ceiling fan and a filthy room, we found another room for our stay. There is no way I would have ever slept in that room-it took all I had just to sit on the edge of the bed.... more

I booked to stay at the Vienesse Due, after coming across their website via an online booking service. Reading the feedback on this site, I booked for a 2 night stay in September 2004, and was asked to provide my credit card number as booking security. Arriving at the Vienesse Due early afternoon, I was initially unable to gain a... more
