We have chosen this hotel because of its central location, but it was awful ! First it was so HOT in the room and the heat could not be regulated, so we had to open the window. BUT windows face Via del Corso, so it is so noisy for the whole night, so it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Second, the... More

Great little hotel. Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps within easy walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping within easy reach. We even made it on foot to the Colosseum and The Vatican. Hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and polite. My first choice hotel if going to Rome.

Hotel del Corso is a small 3 stra hotel very well placed in Rome. The breakfast area on the roof was recently refurbished and it is very nice. The breakfast is very good. The rooms on the street side are a little bit noisy especially on weekend nights because Via del Corso is closed to pedestrian traffic. But the location... More

Small hotel that is very well placed in Rome. The rooms on the street side can be very noisy especially on weekend nights and very early in the morning with all the delivery trucks at work. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful

Stayed here one night transitioning from Florence to Santorini- You can't be in a better location for shopping and action- Weekends Via del Corso is closed to pedestrian traffic so taxis won't enter the hotel's street- be ready to walk with your luggage- service is good for a 3 star property- rooms are quite cramped in this high rent district... We stayed for 6 nights, 2 weeks before Christmas... location is excellent...all popular streets and sites within walking distance. At night it was lovely to mingle with hundreds of people shopping and walking up and down the street. Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
