We stayed 6 nights at the Trevi location and one at the Veneto. Locations are good, near metro, but we kept thinking we should move to a safer hotel; inertia and a friendly staff kept us there. The problem is that these "hotels" are rooms within an apartment building mainly occupied by permanent residents. The residents have traditional mechanical keys... More

We stayed here in February of 2015. The apartment was very spacious for our family of 4. Appreciated that they had two twin beds for our kids. The apartment was spotlessly clean! Breakfast was delicious. A nice mix of pastries, cereal, yogurt, meats, and cheeses. Great coffee! The hosts speak good English and are helpful with planning excursions and transportation.... More

I loved my stay! The staff was extremely helpful. Even before I arrived, I received emails with suggestions & recommendations. They helped me book reservations that were difficult to accomplish before my trip. When I arrived, I had a list of places I wanted to visit that day, but was not sure if the best way to see them. I... More

Perhaps my experience of this hotel is not matched by others..I did not see any of the rooms other than my own. I would, however, caution anyone thinking of staying here..particularly if a solo traveller. The location is certainly convenient but you pay the price in comfort. The room I was allocated , albeit that I booked a single room... More

No only does this have a great location. Not only is it EXACTLY what you expect - small, cute & quaint. But the staff made my vacation spectacular. They gave me a prepaid cell phone - in case I needed something. The kitchen staff knew I liked a cafe au lait with my croissants in the morning. And they even... More

Ripoff. Room was fine but the place is three times expensive than what it should be. Do not recommend, people are nice but you have a lot of options in Rome. It is sad. Super basico y desayuno es pequeno. Bien triste el sitio, no recomiendo nada.

We stayed 3 nights at daphne trevi, overall we had a positive experience. Upon arrival, the location was easy to find thanks to the step by step instructions provided. Location is great just outside of the trevi fountain and everything is walkable and close to the metro. Our room was really nice and clean. We were surprised by a bottle... More

We stayed here over thanksgiving as a group of five (3 adults and 2 children). On arrival the hotel arranged for a driver with a van to meet us given the number of people and their bags. It all worked out very smoothly right to the door of the hotel in central Rome. From that arrival to our departure, the... More

We loved the location of the Daphne.......so close to everything! Carlos, Ash & Lucca were wonderful! Recommending restaurants, making museum reservations, booking train tickets as well as telling us how the trains operates. European breakfast is definitely different then American breakfast but very tasty and fresh every morning. Evelyn made the best cappuccinos! The air conditioning in the room worked... More

Stayed two nights at Daphne Trevi having originally booked at the Daphne Veneto. We were moved at the last moment. No problem at all. They upgraded our accommodation to a suite, which was wonderful, but we could see all the accommodation there was extremely comfortable, the hotel is in a really good location. Breakfast was served in quite a small... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
