I had a business trip in Rome and stayed in Aleph Hotel for 8 nights. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and I totally recommend it for people who prefer to stay in the city centre area. Reception staff were very unique! Especially Chiara Gambuti & Silvia Paolessiall who made our trip more amazing. they were very professional, friendly... More

Let's start with the few good things: Location. The only good thing about the hotel. Came and the booking was screwed up. They changed owner and had canceled all booking without mentioning to customers. Took one hour to check in. Rooms very soso. Next morning we were waked up maintenance work on facade. Basically impossible to sleep after 06.00 in... More

My boyfriend and I travelled to Rome for the first time we stayed at the Aleph hotel for 4 nights on BB! We expected the hotel to be all under construction however we were pleasantly surprised that when we arrived it was very minimal work that you could see which was great! Reception staff very helpful gave us a map... More

The good: The location and the rooms are correct but far from 5 stars as they said, It is a good 3 stars not more. The bad: I lost my camera in the reception and they didn´t help me to recover it. Furthermore they didn´t return my calls or answered my emails about the lost camera, the funny thing is... More

Aleph Hotel was an awesome choice. I have a few great things to say about it. The rooms are gorgeous with elaborate lighting (but a little small like all hotels in Europe). The lobby is GORGEOUS, completely black and red. It has a very glamorous feel. For what we paid for it, I thought it was also a good value!... More

Lobby is fine but the rooms are terrible. Incredibly small (smallest we stayed at in Italy and we were in four different hotels). Quality of the room was also poor. Rip in the carpet, dirty bathroom, etc. Broken ceiling tiles in the hallway. Ridiculously high charge for water in mini bar. With the renovations, the view from our room was... More

The hotel staff were fantastic. Spoke fabulous English and were very accommodating. Breakfast was good and plentiful, the room very small but bed comfortable. Location great..far enough away from the madness of the Spanish Steps yet close enough for a spot of shopping. Good restaurants nearby. But 5 star? I don't think so. The hotel was doing some revamping to... More

I stayed at the Aleph Hotel, for 5 days in May 2015. My stay was wonderful, the service was excellent and the staff were very polite and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, and there was a large choice for a buffet breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect for me close to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps,... More

We wanted somewhere central and decided to give Aleph Hotel a chance after reading numerous views including negative ones. First impression, yes they were undergoing renovations you would never know except for scaffolding all around building. Workers singing and happy. We were greeted by friendly staff who were always ready to assist us during our visit. Room very clean and... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
