I did my research when picking this hotel and I was more than happy when I arrived at the hotel. It's on an old street in an area with a lot of character. All the main tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel looks small from the outside but does not feel small inside. The decor is modern but... More

A short break in Rome and where else could be better to stay than the Relais Giulia? This is on one of the oldest and most beautiful streets in Rome where the buildings reflect history and the sampietrini just add to the atmosphere. Long may they stay uncovered! A walk along here is of immense interest. Yes, there are many... More

As others have said, good location and nearby to most key places to visit. It's a safe area and some lovely restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away (go to Osteria - see my other review!). The room we had was superior and on the front of the hotel so some road noise. The hotel is down a relatively... More

I recently took my girlfriend to Rome for her 30th Birthday and we stayed at the Relais Giulia hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is perfectly located on a quiet cobbled street in walking distance of the Vatican (12 mins), Piazza Navona (5 mins) and Trastevere (7 mins). We stayed in a standard room which was very small but stylish... More

Very cool design, warm staff, lovely breakfast in bed and very close to historical places. The Hotel is on a street where you find pictures of daily life. The building is newly renovated and very clean. The place where the hotel is in secure and silent.

I spend 4 nights in this excellently located hotel in Rome. I was planning to engage with my girlfriend and the staff made it extra special with a great room room with terras and (free) breakfast in bed. The hotel is very charming with small doorways and other old ornaments throughout the hotel. The location is perfectly in the old... More

To start with the positive points: - the location is good, in Centro Storico on one of the main cobblestone roads - the building is beautiful, a renovated monastery, rooms are really beautiful, nice jacuzzi in the bigger rooms. Negative points: - no wellness, no fitness, but therefor it is a boutique hotel - the main issue however is the... More

Dear Sir, first of all we thank you for your comment as we think that any suggestion is important to grow up. We have never advertised any wellness or fitness corner; so we were surprised to read that you expected something like that. We guarantee that our mattress are very expensive (their invoice may prove that), they are high quality... More

Perfect hotel.... Old building in a typical small street, very well designed, reasonable size rooms (we stayed in standard room, which was most probably one of the small rooms) but even this room is ok.room was ver clean, it is a new hotel as far as we understand but due to the decoration it can always be kept clean and...
