Relais Giulia is a small hotel very well situated for visiting the local sites. About 30 mins from airport dependant on traffic - The Vatican is within 10 min walking distance and Colosseum 15 to twenty mins - make sure you get a map as you will save walking a few extra miles! The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, stylish... More

We recently spent 4 nights at the Relais Guilia and couldn't fault it. We didn't arrived at Fiumicino airport until 11pm and although we hadn't been there before we decided to go by public transport.. train and bus. The directions given by the hotel were first class and we arrived without a hitch. We received a very warmwelcome and were... More

Three nights in a Suite, lovely Queen size bed and plenty of room. The bathroom has a proper shower as well as a great Jacuzzi Bath. The Suite had it's own small balcony on the First floor overlooking peaceful Via Giulia, Buffet Breakfast which is more than adequate ,or you can take it in your room should you prefer it.... More

Recently stayed with my wife for a weekend in Rome. It had a lot going for it - beautiful setting on Via Giulia, which enabled us to comfortably walk to lots of landmarks (including the Vatican and Piazza Navona) and for a great evening out in Trastavere. Our standard room was very small, but cosy and nicely decorated to suit... More

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while in Rome celebrating a birthday. It is run to a very high standard, in a great location in a very quiet area with little passing traffic. It is within walking distance of all the major sights. The staff are very professional and friendly and there is attention to detail in all areas.... More

We stayed at Relais Giulia last week in Rome. When we where shown the room booked with our travel reservation we did not like the room. There was nothing wrong with it, but to our standards we wanted something at a higher category. I immediately asked for the only suite of the Relais. The suite is beautiful with a balcony... More

Arrived at this hotel by sheer good luck not in the best of circumstances however we were immediately made to feel welcome by the lovely professional receptionist. We were offered a choice of two beautiful rooms deciding on the quirkier of the two. The room was very pretty, brilliantly equipped and an absolute pleasure to stay in. Breakfast was served... More

A first class few days in this delightful hotel. Tasteful rooms, excellent location and all very peaceful. Simple but sufficient breakfast and beautifully decorated large rooms. Easy access to all the sights and plenty of wonderful small restaurants across the main street. 10 min walk to the Vatican and St Peter's Square

Small street in the center but very quiet. Can go anywhere by foot : pantheon, navona, vatican, coloseum, villa borghese, everywhere. rooms are small but well arranged and decorated, very good style. Breakfast was ok. Prices were acceptable according the place. Many nice restaurant in the area(real ones, not tourist traps).

Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
