We got married/honeymooned in Rome and stayed at the Relais Giulia. The location is amazing and central to all of the big sites. The room was on the smaller side, but more than adequate and it was VERY clean. The continental breakfast is pretty standard, but they have great cappuccinos (which we enjoyed every morning). I found the staff to... More

love this area of Roma... near the Tevere between Campo di Fiori, Navona and Castel Sant' Angelo. this impressive hidden gem embodies ancient Via Giulia with modern style and genuine service... staff and accommodations merge for a charming "home" while in Rome... thanks Katiuscia, we'll be back!

Stayed a couple of nights here, hotel in great location meaning we could walk everywhere. Loved our room, mattress was very comfy and yes the shower was slightly on the small side but performed its function well!! Breakfast is simple but with good quantities. Reception staff were very helpful and looked after our luggage till the 3pm check in. Would... More

My family occupied two rooms at the Relais Giulia over 5 nights in July and we loved everything about this hotel. The staff really provided extra special service and we're eager to please at all times! We arrived a few hours earlier than our expected check-in but our rooms were ready and inviting. They are quite spacious, by European standards,... More

Just about everything lived up to the many Trip Advisor admirers' comments of this small property during our recent 5-day visit. The location is excellent, which is one reason why we selected it. We walked everywhere, to the Borghese and Aventine on the furthest reaches, to the very convenient Vatican, Navona, Pantheon, and Trastevere. Not hard to find quiet restaurants... More

Highly recommend this beautifully clean and comfortable hotel for a stay in Rome. Wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows with plenty of hot water in the shower. Very helpful and friendly staff and the location is excellent. 7 minute walk to the Vatican. However we walked to all the other tourist attractions, which were a little bit further away, but was... Stayed there for 4 days in October 2013. Very helpful staff. Charming rooms with good decoration and quality bath. Breakfast is OK. Staff put extra cot bed for our 4Y son at no (or very nominal) cost. Quite street near the center of the city.

I recently made a reservation to stay at Relais Giuilia, through another site. Once the reservation booking came through, the 3:00 pm check in became clear. Our flights are due in quite early in the morning. I contacted the hotel, engaging with a Mr. HessaM, who was singularly unhelpful. I was requesting whether it would be possible to get a... More

Dear Mrs. Jacquelin, We are really sorry that you had a so bad feeling and feedback of my Staff, for that reason we would like to clarify some points of your review. You asked us by email if “it would be possible to gain access to the room earlier than 15h” as you would have been very tired after your... More

We recently returned from a great few days in Rome. The hotel was in a perfect location to explore the city and lived up to its reputation. We were able to walk and explore and also took the open top bus tour, getting on and off frequently. The actual street is full of character and the hotel has been restored with... More
