Great location - situated between termini and the colosseum. The room had real mattresses and not the springy kind. Bathroom had sufficient towels and toiletry. Room rate included breakfast. Above all, its new and clean. No complaints

We had one unexpected night left in Rome and booked here unexpectedly, with little expectation. We were pleasantly surprised by the extraordinary service, clean rooms And fantastic location mere blocks away from the most significant historic sites in Ancient Rome. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about in terms of not being close to nightlife; we came in... More

A very small but welcoming B&B, with the Forum and Colosseum at the bottom of the road. Exceptionally clean rooms - we stayed in a double and the children in a twin room next door at the front, and we didn't notice the noise with the shutters and windows shut. Ricardo was very friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English)... More

We arrived in Rome in the morning to meet Ricardo in the foyer as we entered. As we were early Ricardo was only too happy to look after our luggage and encouraged us to go explore. Ricardo supplied snacks to our children and provided bottle water. When we returned we found our luggage already in our room. What a room!!... More

Excellent location and beautiful apartment for four, with one master bed (double size) but comfortable. Then, two other beds for the children. Two bathrooms and washing machine available in the apartment. Service is great. Walking distance to the Colosseum. Highly recommended.

This is pretty much the perfect place to stay. It is very small and is nothing like a large hotel. The rooms were very nice and the location couldn't be better. It is a very short walk to the Colosseum and really everything is within walking distance. The metro is close to get out to the Vatican. Breakfast at the... More

Second visit - the first was March 2013 - and didn't disappoint. Young Riccardo - aged only 23 - runs this place almost single handedly and could teach most of the world's big hoteliers a thing or two! His English is flawless and his attention to detail and customer service is exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble and, as before,... More

This hotel was very nice, clean. The staff were extremely helpful. The location was great, near all the different attractions within walking distance. Colesseum, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain., The Forum. I'm older and the walking distances were fine. The map given out by the hotel was excellent. Also near the Metro to get to The Vatican City or the... More

We visited Rome in October. Our time at this hotel was really easy going. It was clean and friendly. No drama. The little breakfast place was very good too. I really appreciated how nice the owner and staff were too.
