Very nice and small BB , perfectly located 5 min from Termini. Room and bathroom very clean, powerful A/C , internet. Quiet at night though its a busy street. 15-20 min walk from all attractions. Staff is very helpful, Federico and Miriam, very supportive and helped us to communicate with lost &found as my husband didnt get his luggage upon... More

This is a B&B, not a hotel, so when the staff has provided the breakfast buffet and cleaned the rooms they leave and after that you let yourself in with your key. When they are on site, they are most helpful and nice. Be sure to note their cell phone numbers and make sure you have a cell phone that... More

It was with some trepidation that we booked this B&B especially after looking at some of the reviews on here but none of those negative reviews were justified. This was perfect for us - they were 4 travelers and we shared two double rooms. The rooms are in a apartment/office building on the 4th floor and are basically self contained.... More

This is a good little B&B located close to Termini station 5 minute walk. The only difficulty was getting here the first place just a big door on street but worth finding. Easy way to find it is that there is a restaurant nest to door with quite a few sidewalk tables. Large room and bathroom and walking distance to... More

This was a last minute booking that we made on a one week vacation. Staff was nice and helpful however they leave the hotel around 6 so if you don't enjoy being on your own without somebody at the front desk the whole time this place is not for you. There is an area with free cappuccino and tea which... More

Very easy to find and easy to get around Rome from the hotel. Less than 10 mins walk from Rome Termini, about 20 mins walk to the Colloseum and Piazza di Venezia. Spacious clean room and lovely bathroom, but no toiletries provided. Breakfast was very basic, just bread, ham, cheese, some jam, average coffee, no hot food. We were there... More

We stayed at this B and B the end of August for a couple days before a cruise. The room was great with a nice view of the main street, the windows would open all the way like reverse shutters. This was great as when they where open you could stand there and watch what was action on the street... More

This B&B was such a nice surprise! It was clean & comfortable with a nice breakfast included. The staff where friendly & gave good recommendations for places to eat. A 5 minute walk from the train station which is a 30 minute train ride to the airport. The Forum is at the end of the street & all the main... More
