This is a lovely B&B option in the heart of rome! our room was super spacious and elegantly decorated. We had a bit of an issue with the Heater some nights but the staff would come right away to adjust this for us. The only real headache here is that the rooms do not come with an iron. In Rome... I adore old buildings and retro atmosphere - that's why I was totally charmed by photos of this place and chose it for my stay in Rome. And I wasn't disappointed - the hotel was even more charming than photos! My room was extremely big and warm (it was February), big and commod bed was perfect for rest. The staff... More

Just back from a wonderful trip to Rome were we stayed at this stunning villa. Bit of an effort to get there from the airport but my suggestions for guests would be to just get a taxi, although a lot of taxi drivers did not know where it was. Getting in and out of town was not a big deal,... More

Firstly - whats its not : it doesnt have a bar , restaurant , swimming pool , room service Its a small villa that is converted to a hotel of around 7 rooms. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace in a charming area The rooms are unique - mine was huge with columns , many chandeliers , a huge... More

I found this hotel after searching endlessly online on where to stay on my first visit to Rome. I stumbled on this little gem for what was a ridiculous deal. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican from here, so a bit of a distance from the main tourist sites like the Colosseum but worth it. Away... More

Echoing what everybody else has said here - a beautiful hotel for a two night stay, at only 150 euros! Easy walking distance to the Vatican and cabs easy to everywhere. We stayed in the Arcadia room which was huge - large seating area, bedroom area and bathroom, ideal for a few nights stay! Everyone working in the hotel was... More

Overall, we had a great three night stay at this hotel. This hotel is really value for money! It is located in a residential area and is a little bit out of the way (although in a quiet, safe and charming area). If you want to be in the hustle and the bustle - this is probably not the place... More

We went to Rome for a wedding and we came back talking more about how great the hotel is than about the wedding or our days in Rome or Florence. The Hotel is very well located, 20 minutes walking to the Vatican and from there 15 minutes to Piazza Navona, the Partheon or Piazza Spagna, if you take the metro... More

What a wonderful villa, beautifully decorated, in a residential (thus safe) area of Rome. When we arrived, our mouth fell open and we thought we were at the wrong location or we made a mistake in the price calculation. We couldn't first believe we got such a gem for 150 euro/night in high season. The villa is a bit far... More
