Firstly - whats its not : it doesnt have a bar , restaurant , swimming pool , room service Its a small villa that is converted to a hotel of around 7 rooms. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace in a charming area The rooms are unique - mine was huge with columns , many chandeliers , a huge... More

I found this hotel after searching endlessly online on where to stay on my first visit to Rome. I stumbled on this little gem for what was a ridiculous deal. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican from here, so a bit of a distance from the main tourist sites like the Colosseum but worth it. Away... More

Echoing what everybody else has said here - a beautiful hotel for a two night stay, at only 150 euros! Easy walking distance to the Vatican and cabs easy to everywhere. We stayed in the Arcadia room which was huge - large seating area, bedroom area and bathroom, ideal for a few nights stay! Everyone working in the hotel was... More

Overall, we had a great three night stay at this hotel. This hotel is really value for money! It is located in a residential area and is a little bit out of the way (although in a quiet, safe and charming area). If you want to be in the hustle and the bustle - this is probably not the place... More

We went to Rome for a wedding and we came back talking more about how great the hotel is than about the wedding or our days in Rome or Florence. The Hotel is very well located, 20 minutes walking to the Vatican and from there 15 minutes to Piazza Navona, the Partheon or Piazza Spagna, if you take the metro... More

What a wonderful villa, beautifully decorated, in a residential (thus safe) area of Rome. When we arrived, our mouth fell open and we thought we were at the wrong location or we made a mistake in the price calculation. We couldn't first believe we got such a gem for 150 euro/night in high season. The villa is a bit far... More

As our last leg of our Italian trip, we were ready to spread out (as a family of five). The rooms were nice and large, immaculate, and beautifully decorated (we had two rooms connected). Our rooms were very glamorous and it felt luxurious to stay there. The staff was really nice and the rooftop breakfasts were great. We were a... More

Well, what can I say, what a hotel, its beautifully decorated in typical rome luxury, very spacious rooms. We stayed for 3 nights at a bargin price and couldn't believe our luck. The hotel is a 20 min walk to the nearest metro but once there you can access all the major attractions by public transport. Breakfast was served either... More

We have just returned from a 4 night stay. The B&B is amazingly clean and very beautifully decorated. A short downhill 20min walk away to the Vatican City ,located in a quiet residential area. The continental breakfast was lovely and set us up nicely for our day ahead, maybe in future you would consider providing guests with a pot of coffee...
