There's nothing really outstanding about this place - it's just simple, clean and well, we love the neighborhood. It's close to some of our favorite restaurants and definitely away from the tourist madness down by the Spanish Steps or the Trevi Fountain. We didn't bother with breakfast, with the exception of the blood orange juice served every morning. Wowza. Otherwise,... More

Residenza Rioni is a great B&B that is fairly priced considering the perfect location. It does however sit alongside what seems like a main road, but it seemed fairly empty with not much traffic passing by. You have easy access to the Lepanto line that is basically outside the front door, and a bus stop just across the road. There... More

We had more than what we were expecting in Residenza Rioni. They have a clean rooms and super friendly staff. The location is just perfect. You can just take the metro and go whereever you want. Do not expect like a three star hotel facilities here though. It is just one floor of an building. It is actually making the... More

Residenza Rioni is certainly the best choice if you want to stay near everything in Rome. About 15min distance from Vatican and Sant'Angelo Castle and about 1 min distance from the Lepanto metro station. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is something that you wouldn't forget. You must try the cornettos really amazing and served hot.... More

I loved this B&B. Hotel prices in Rome can be prohibitive and if you do not spend a lot of time in the hotel and do not need the hotel infrastructure, a B&B is a good alternative. Most of those in Rome function alike. You order the type of breakfast and indicate the desired time the evening before and get... More

In fact, Rioni is situated in one floor of building. In walking distance is metro station Lepanto. It is just 15 minutes walk to Vatican city and Castel Angelo. Clean room and bathroom, helpful staff and tasty breakfast. You can pick up your choice for breakfast - cornetti, bread, marmelade, nuttela, coffee, capucino, etc. It is served in your room.... This place was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. 10 minute walk to the Vatican, 25 minute walk to the Pantheon and other major attractions in the city centre. Metro stop just outside on the main street if you don't want to walk so far. Bed was very comfy. Shower was excellent. Breakfast served in your room at a time... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
