Hi, this was my first trip to rome and the hotel was located exactly as u dreamed , i.e the center of the city. I walked in with a very warm welcome from the reception (Mauritsio). The entire stay was made so comfortable, i would like to give my special thanks and regards to the staff (Hossein and tarak), for... More

Could do with a lick of paint. On the plus side it is cheap. Had to ask to get the hot water fixed. No breakfast bar, but it is two star. Reception only 9am to 5pm so after hours you need to call a mobile phone to get service.

A TripAdvisor user earlier wrote "Moldy, smelly & dated but great terrace & location” which sums it up nicely. The staff is also friendly, but the place really needs a makeover (or at least our room)...

The hotel has a very good location close to local bars, restaurants and a block away from the cavour metro station. The room was small , dated ,and dirty nothing like the picture .The front desk is very attentive and always willing to help.

Really shabby, moldy, and not clean (there were hairs from previous people all over the bedspreads and floor). The A/C didn't work which was bad in 37 degree weather. We were offered another room but it was also moldy so we ended up moving to another hotel.

This is a lovely little hotel in a really cool area, only a minute from the Metro and 10 minutes from the Colosseum. The staff were all very friendly, chatty and helpful and the room, although basic, was clean and fairly well-equipped. My only criticism is that my room was at the back of the hotel, meaning that I had... More

We stayed here for four nights. It's situated in a great location in the heart of the city. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. It can get a little noisy at times, nothing that a good set of ear plugs can't fix. The rooms are spacious with good air conditioning. Ours had its own kitchen. My only gripe is... More

We are in the Terrace Suite on the 4th floor rooftop. The best things about it are the location and the terrace itself. The apartment is very small, not very clean, and needs updating. The refrigerator stinks and the sponge wreaks. Kitchen towels are "not included". Minimal utensils,VERY firm twin mattresses, the toilet barely flushes and the vending machine is... More
