In my opinion the hotel is very comfortable and situated in a quiet area. It is a good choice if you want to go Rome to visit the whole city and you need a quit place to relax and have a rest. Nice Service and good breakfast. more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was quiet, but carpets are quite dirty. No maid service one day. Apparently if you don't put the "clean my room" sign on the door, they don't. Simple breakfast of rolls, cereal, and some cold cuts- no eggs, bacon, or sausage, which is a little surprising for a 4-star hotel. more

Definetly not 4 star but acceptable as a 3 star offering. Like others on Tripadvisor my room was moldy due to poor ventilation and the bedding very old and the mattress past it' best. Breakfast OK but nothing special - avoid the coffee at all cost ! Not 400m from nearest metro (Bologna) as advertised - more like 1km but... more

These guys are very crooked... they don't have any kind of extra services that a 4 star hotel should have. Their on sight Parking is a person next door that will charge you $30 for 5 hours of parking. Their airport service will cost you about $100 where you can get a cab for about $40. They have breakfast that... more

The first impressions did not match the expectations of the hotels website. A tired feel to the hotel. The rooms had a dark, damp feel to them and the bathroom shower was not up to standard. The rooftop breakfast offered little choice and there was only one member of staff who was frantically trying to do the job of three.... more

We booked 3 rooms at this hotel after reading the positive reviews about this place. The rooms were disappointing - dark and damp with poor ventilation. Washroom was clean, but again, dark and depressing. Not recommended for people suffering from allergies as carpets looked old and several members of our party complained of itchy and running noses through the night.... more

This hotel advertises itself as a 4 star but the rooms and the service in the breakfast area is definitely 3 star at best. We booked a deal through expedia and stayed in Rome for 3 nights. It probably worked out at 200euros/night. Negatives: 1) Location: even though 500m from Bologna metro, Rome's metro is not great. Only 2 lines... more

we had to change the first room beacause it was not convinient, but the second one at the 4rth floor was great. Good service (depends on people). We had really great time. phonic isolation is not good, but it seems that many italian hotels have this problem. and italians speak loud ! :o) more

Finding the hotel was easier than I thought it'd be. You get off at the Bologna station on Linea B on the metro and its around a 500m walk down the hill. I stayed here for 3 nights in the so-called lift room. This was basically a room on the ground floor which was next to the lift mechanics so... more

Hotel is a 5 minute walk from Bologna metro station, which is 5 minutes on the metro from the Colloseo station. Convenient for getting around and a massive saving on those hotels situated in the "centre". Staff were all very friendly and obliging. Lift was broken the first day we stayed, 6 floors (12 flights) up to breakfast and that... more
