Hotel is clean and staff friendly and helpful Linen and towels changed very often Area is quiet and has a good supermarket opposite and a very good Chinese restaurant nearby. Hotel is within a 15-20 minute walk from Termini bus station and 310 bus stops in next street if you don't want to walk. Excellent breakfast with many options -... More

There are many positives about this hotel however they seem to be balanced out by the negatives, the bed was very comfortable but we asked for a double and simply got two beds pushed together, the reception area portrayed the idea of a modern stylish hotel but this is not reflected in the rooms. However the location was reasonably good... More

Room was nice and clean and the service was excellent. It was located near Metros and a few stores and restaurants also. Easy acces to city with the metros 5 minute walk to metros and a 5 minute ride to city. Breakfast includes everything that you need in the morning.

All the areas of the hotel we accessed was spotless as was our room. It was cleaned with fresh towels every day. Great staff very friendly and helpful. Even provided ice when we got back from a hot day walking. The only slight issue was lack of air conditioning in the breakfast area. However the breakfast accommodated all needs with... More

The Hotel delle Province is an incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly hotel. I had a double room which was very spacious. There is an electronic safe situated in the closet for no extra charge. The mini bar is excellent with reasonably charged drinks and snacks. The bathroom contained a good sized shower complete with toiletries including shower gel, body lotion... More

I have stayed in other places in Rome that were disappointing, but not this time. The room was comfortable, and the staff were helpful concerning special requests. The hotel is located outside the main tourist areas, but it is easy to get there on the metro or bus. In the vicinity were all the services needed, including some very good... More

First impressions of this hotel were good - walking into an air conditioned lobby after a very hot walk from Tiburtina Station was a huge relief! All staff encountered throughout our stay were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. There was always plenty of hot water and the shower was... More

I had such a lovely time here. The hotel is well run and had all the amenities I needed. They offer a wonderful variety of foods for the complementary breakfast. The room was clean and well maintained.

Nice hotel at very reasonable price, well located (5 minute walk from the Bologna metro station). It is also just in front of a supermarket which is very practical. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms are small and old but the bathroom was renovated. I recommend!

Staying in San Lorenzo

Neighborhood Profile
San Lorenzo
San Lorenzo may look all street with its pulse in urban art and street food, but don’t be fooled. This gritty student neighborhood immediately east of Termini train station is on the avant-garde rise. Art galleries, curated mural projects by artists like Rome’s favorite Alice, charming cafes, and boutique restaurants are slowly infiltrating the streets of San Lorenzo with counter-culture chic. Don’t worry, San Lorenzo still retains its local vibe with weekend festivals and demonstrations, and is always a hub for Rome’s university student scene.
