We stayed for 10 nights from the 19th to the 29th of January. We were located on the ground floor, which was good for my mum as she is disabled. The room was very well presented and the minibar was surprisingly reasonably priced, free slippers were a bonus. The bathroom was large and had a good sized bath and sink.... More

Very comfortable stay. We took advantage of an upgrade at reasonable rate and were in the 4th floor suite with a balcony, mini bar and jacuzzi bath, the room being very spacious and clean. The hotel is situated in an ideal spot reasonably quiet and not far to walk to the Metro. Small supermarket and very nice restaurant opposite. Other... More

I was a Rome for business trip, it was very nice hotel, helpful staff. I have seen better breakfast of 4 stars hotel in other places; my room was little bit with smell of humidity but disappeared as soon as i open the air conditioning system; when they clean the room they keep the windows open (windows open directly to... I stayed in that hotel for for 5 nights and I have to say that I was very happy with my stay. The room was big and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. The only downside is that it's located outside the centre for Rome and it's a 5 minute (easy) walk to the nearest metro station. The neighborhood... More

Very good hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good localization, comfortable rooms. Good breakfest served at the 6th floor, with a panoramic view. The hotel is close to the subway station (Bologna) and some bus stops. We recomend this hotel.

Alessia and Lucca (and other hotel staff whose names I cannot remember) made my stay very pleasant and stress-free. It was my first time in Rome (but not the last) and if I come back, I hope to stay in this hotel again. The location is very convenient (close to bus stop and subway station), with a movie theater and... More

This hotel was awesome. It was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good (even for the diabetic with us). The location was excellent - in a nice neighborhood, and close to the metro and high speed train. We plan on going back next year for a week. Thanks to the staff for making this a good... More

Staying in San Lorenzo

Neighborhood Profile
San Lorenzo
San Lorenzo may look all street with its pulse in urban art and street food, but don’t be fooled. This gritty student neighborhood immediately east of Termini train station is on the avant-garde rise. Art galleries, curated mural projects by artists like Rome’s favorite Alice, charming cafes, and boutique restaurants are slowly infiltrating the streets of San Lorenzo with counter-culture chic. Don’t worry, San Lorenzo still retains its local vibe with weekend festivals and demonstrations, and is always a hub for Rome’s university student scene.
