This hotel is in a brilliant location - within easy walking distance to most of the main attractions in Rome and a short ride to the Vatican. Our room was a good size and very comfortable, the bathroom is well kitted out, though the shower may be a little small for large people. We liked it. Had a room overlooking... More

Location was centrally located to all major sites. Room was nice and clean and well taken care of. Also, was nice to have breakfast in the morning before exploring the city. I would recommend to anyone planning on visiting Rome.

This hotel is in a perfect location, after reading some of the reviews I was pleasantly surprised.Room was of a good size, very clean,no faults with the bathroom or the toiletries that were supplied.Although our room overlooked a busy main road it was very quiet.Breakfast was ample with good quality products. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly. My only criticism was no... Thanks to the front office staff for their assistance, very obliging. We needed power converters when ours did not fit, and provided excellent guidance for we first timers to Rome. The hotel itself is old style, rooms not large but are quite comfortable.

Stayed here for four nights on 8th June with four family members. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Rooms/linen/towels spotlessly clean and very comfy bed. Breakfast was fine, choice of cereals, yoghurts, pastries, tarts, rolls, tinned fruit salad, pineapple and peaches. Bacon, scrambled/hard boiled eggs, frankfurter-type sausage.Choice of three fresh fruits- apple, kiwi and orange (you'd have to peel them yourself!)... More

I can't believe anybody would give this place more than one star. The room and bathroom is dated and small. It is on a very busy street so be prepared to hear traffic and sirens 24/7. The a/c barely works and the bathroom smells like sewage. After reading this review I will think twice before using trip advisor. Find another... More

We had just 3 days to take in as much of Rome as we could, and the location of the Cosmopolita could not have been better. Definitely its greatest selling point. We found the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the price was great for such a central location. For the price, we didn't expect 5 star luxury; just a... More

This hotel was in a perfect location. Easy to get to all the major sites and close to buses and light rail. Hotel itself was clean - maintained daily. Rooms small and basic - no tea/coffee available and front staff a bit grumpy. But the location is really what you're after in Rome.

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
