The hotel is just 3 minutes of walking from Piramide Metro station. The room was clean and spacious for two people. Receptionist were nice and very helpful about getting around in Rome. Breakfast was only bread and pastry but I think it suits with the price. The only drawback is you have to pay to use the wifi.

This hotel is basic. It is worth the price. It is a very small bathroom, beds were firm(amazing for me). My husband and I did not plan on being in the room very long, so this was great. I did see a couple of people complain about having to pay for Wifi but if it was free wifi, rooms would... More

We only stayed here because we were visiting Rome on a short city break. And we weren't going to be spending time in the hotel. More sightseeing than anything. It was about 35 mins walk to the colosseum. There is a metro station near by. The wifi you have to pay for but there is a burger king on the... More

*+SO CLOSE to a metro station, full breakfast (sweet), cleaning every day (not always the floor), non-stop hot water, friendly staff.* *-The shower is old-fashioned,sticked to the wall-so it turns everything wet-but the water has good pressure for removing the shampoo, a bit noisy at night outside.

I sometimes wonder what people think they are getting for a budget! This hotel is small and basic, but clean, and yes, you have to pay for wifi, but you are in ROME for goodness sake! Seriously, with so much to see in such a beautiful city, how much time are you going to spend in a hotel room? We... More

I gave 2 points because they want to charge €1.50 per hour for internet. Is that a joke which hotel charge for wifi nowadays even MacDonald give free WiFi.. The manager was nowhere to be found for 4 days & the fridge never work. The hotel is good but to many lies & hiding charges. Stay away from this hotel.... More

Don't expect to get ANY sleep. Even if you haven't got people next door to you, all the doors are fire doors and slam shut incredibly loudly. If someone on your floor checks out at 8am the cleaning staff will clean and hoover that room with their stereo on 10 mins after. Breakfast was the choice of a basket of... More

Room is dark and you have to ask front for room air conditioning. Hotel is near train station but 10 minutes away from metro. There is a famous jelato place on the corner and pizza place which opens late.

My husband and i stayed for 6 nights at this hotel having purchased a great deal from Trivago. The hotel is basic but very clean and friendly with English speaking staff and has wifi for those who cannot live without. The area it is located in is perfect for visiting Rome (5min walk to metro, 2 stops to Colosseum (or... More

Staying in Testaccio

Neighborhood Profile
Put the house music on replay and you have Testaccio, an ancient Roman port and former working class neighborhood where the bass is set to high almost every night of the week. Its collection of discoteche (nightclubs), street parties, and crowded restaurants give it its well-deserved party reputation. During the daytime, Testaccio is more easy listening than club hit, the area is full of locally owned small businesses and has one of the city's larger produce markets.
