I stayed in this apartment for 1 week with my teenage son. The hostess was helpful with everything including waiting 2 days for our delayed luggage delivery. The apartment was clean and had great space for at least 4 to 5 people. We had a delightful kitchenette and TV room with cable and WIFI for free. The hostess helped us... More

We stayed at this over rated apartment that was advertised on Home Away. Bad experience. A witch is in charge. We arrived at our Stated time, rang a silly little door bell, got a mumbly answer that we couldn't hear. We were locked out of 135 Scipioni. What to do? Someone let us into the courtyard where we stood about... More

Location is quite good, free wi-fi was a plus. Apartment (Prati BB) has three bedrooms, two of which come with a double bed, and one that has a single one within. Kitchen had all basic equipment. Lady that owns the apartment seemed friendly. Bed linen had not been properly dried in one of the rooms, which led to a lousy... More

We stayed at Vatican City B&B and Apartment for 5 nights last week. From the start booking and correspondence with David the owner was very efficent all questions where answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. This attitude continued when we arrived and where given a grand tour by David and he went over in length all the hints... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
