I only got to stay here one night, and I was very sad to leave! I stayed in the "Sweets," which I believe are a relatively new group of rooms that are not attached to the main part of the hostel. It was super nice, had its own kitchen facilities, etc, and even had an iPad you could borrow. It... More

Linda has a good gig going here. She, with her husband and girls, have a wonderful experience for all who come to rest. At night, the room is DARK, a good sleep aide. Always plenty of toilet paper in the bathrooms. No TV; didn't see one in the whole neighborhood! Brunos and Donati were restaurants on note close by with... More

We spent two nights here at the Beehive and just loved it! The place is has a really artistic touch and a very fun vibe. They are so friendly and helpful and have a book filled with things to do and places to eat at which was very helpful. My favorite part was the furnished patio where we loved relaxing... More

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Rome. The staff are very helpful and provide a lot of information. The room was large enough and contained everything we needed, using shared bathroom facilities was not a problem as there were plenty of them to choose from. You can bring your own food to the communal area and use... More

I spent 4 nights in Clove guest room near Termini station. First I was concerned by scaffoldings on the building - inside was all OK - safe, clean and neat. Historical building with high ceilings - promise of comfort also during hot weather. Apartment is on the top floor, new refurbished, nicely decorated, glossy wooden floors in the common space.... We just spent 3 lovely nights at the Beehive in "The Sweets" which is basically next door to The Beehive. We were in a room with it's own bathroom. Room was a good size and decorated simply but perfectly. Soaps and shower gels were lovely and was tempted to pack them all in my bag! There is a lovely sitting... More

I've stayed here 3 times now and it's my favorite place in Rome. Each time it does seem to get even better. The Beehive is an oasis in the myriad of hotel choices in the Termini area. From the original booking process, to the amount of great information they give you when you make your reservation (they have great videos... More

Dear leaott, Thank you so much for your kind words and I'm so glad that we are your home in Rome! I did want to clarify one point for potential guests reading this review who want full cooking facilities with stove-top - our offsite guestrooms would be the way to go with their shared kitchen. We do not have cooking... More

I stayed for two nights in April and it was clean, quiet, comfortable and had all of the amenities one could want. The staff is friendly and genuinely helpful. The location is great and I felt safe during my stay. I will stay here again if I can book it- it's one of those places you sort of hesitate to... More

We stayed for 3 nights in April and absolutely loved our stay at The Beehive! Our flight from Paris to Rome got cancelled and we didn't get in until about 2 AM the next day and they made accomodations to get us into the building even though we felt horrible for showing up so late. The staff was excellent and... More

I stayed at The Beehive for 5 nights (10-person dorm room) and really enjoyed my time there. The staff were helpful and welcoming, always giving good advice about sightseeing, restaurants, transportation, etc. The dorm room was simply furnished but spotlessly clean, as were the bathrooms. Having the small cafe downstairs was really nice, especially when I wanted something besides pastries... More

Dear Marthamul, thank you so much for your very kind words and I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. I did want to clarify one point for potential guests who may be reading your review - our one dormitory room is an 8 person dorm room - 4 bunk-beds - and not a 10 person room. Thank you... More
