A very pleasant bed and breakfast in a quiet location just 2 minutes walk from the central station- very nice, helpful and friendly owner, clean and nicely furnished rooms and very reasonably priced. Next time we go to Rome we'll stay there again.

There is no doubt that we will be using this hotel every time we travel to Rome. It is right in the centre so it's no more than a 15 min walk to most of the major tourist attractions. Extremely clean (as I was very worried about this when booking) but I couldn't pick fault with the cleanliness at all.... More

Room and private bathroom was small but clean, air conditioning system excellent (needed it for the Roman HEAT), 2 minute walk from Termini station and 15 minute walk from Colosseum (or 1 stop away by Metro from Termini station). Close to most major tourist areas and plenty of restaurants, shops and pubs nearby to satisfy any lifestyle or budget.

This was our first visit to Rome. The main aim with the accommodation was to be close to one of the metro stations. This accommodation ticks only rid box. The area around the station is dirty smelly unsafe. The accommodation is clean. The breakfast is a dry croissant and god knows what origin coffee. Shame to call it bed and... More

The room was close to the station, big, clean and bright. The downside was the entrace, which was difficult to find, problem with the communication with the owner. The breakfast was also very basic - croissant and expresso - delivered to your room. Not too bad for the price though.

Clean place and great placed, with fair price, good transport connection. The landlady was polite and they provided us a city map with advices for the town trip. Unfortunatelly, they don't have a storage place, in case that you need to leave you luggages.

Great value for money accommodation, offering an excellent base from which to explore Roma from. Great location on the doorstep of Termini, very clean, air conditioning in room, breakfast brought to room every morning and cost so little, could not ask for more. In my opinion the bad review on this site is totally unfounded, as Guiseppe mentions it is... More
