What more do you need? We only came back up sleep and the lovely guy who runs it brings you coffee and a croissant in the morning. Was a bit daunting walking to find it as it is a bit of a horror movie setting the street it is on but if you can get past that it's somewhere to... More

This B&B is extremely handy for the main railway station. I booked a single room with private facilities. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in and the private facilities were 2 doors away from the bedroom. It was clean and as I was leaving before 8am I did not get breakfast as they do not serve breakfast... More

After reading some reviews of this hotel I was a little wary of the stay, however I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. Prior to the trip Travel Republic contacted me because the owner had asked for an ETA, and when we arrived (make sure you check the street address and know what the doors look like because we could... We had a clean, good sized room, very conveniently placed for Termini station. Felt very safe and comfortable. The owner was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very reasonable for such a good price!

The room was modern and very clean and had all the facilities written on the site included, very good spot, 5 minutes from the station and all the bus stops to any place in Rome. We had at breakfast a croissant and a coffee, which i say it was decent for the price we paid. The person who received us... More

The place is quite near to the Roma Termini railway station. Location is convenient for back packers. Just a small breakfast. No Air conditioning with pedestal fan and small room and toilet. But at the rate of 40Euros per night was not justified for this facility.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
