Excellent hotel with a very good service. Excellent adress and easy to find. Near a metro station (Lepanto) and bus. Near downtown. Rooms very well clean and organized. Bathroom clean. I had a very good time there.

We visited Rome on the last week of august 2014. Found You-bed through TripAdvisor, and made our decision based on the good reviews here. WE FOUND THIS PLACE EXCELLENT FOR OUR NEEDS!!! IT WAS GREAT!!! Here is an elaboration: This small and cozy B&B is located on the second floor in a nice and typical street in the neighborhood adjacent... More

We stayed there for few nights. The quality of the room was good, clean and the team was very nice even though we had 3 hours delay. Good location to visit Rome. The only downside is the noise. You can hear everyone walking in the corridor, and taking breakfast. Not ideal after a day walking around when you need some... More

Just spent the weekend in Rome with my fiancé. This B&B added to the great experience we had in the area. Barbara and her staff were very friendly and helpful. They booked a private car to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, gave us tourist attraction maps, and recommended the best and cheapest restaurants to dine... More

Nice & clean, very helpful & friendly people. Breakfast is good too ;) We tried out two B&B in Rome in 2012 and this is the better one. Location is great. You can walk to lots of different sites and do some shopping along the way. enjoy!

Great location - very close (walking distance) to the major sights, restaurants, bars, metro. For example: 1 minute to ice-cream shop, 15 minutes to Vatican or metro. Same distance to St Peter's Square. Highly recommended.

Excellent and prompt email communication, friendly greeting, comfortable, spotless and spacious rooms on the 6th floor (so quiet), good continental breakfast, well located 10 minutes from Vatican, 5 minutes from metro, and with a good range of restaurants very close. If you're looking for a B&B in this price range, you are likely to be pleasantly surprised.

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
