First, let me say, the ladies working the desk were very friendly. In fact, even prior to our arrival, I had interacted with someone via email multiple times and found that to be a great experience. They booked a car hire for us - which was waiting for us at the airport without fail. The location is very near the... More

The location was fine. Very near the Vatican and Tiber. Thought we were getting a room with a shower but it was communal. The staff gave us a free breakfast though, which was nice. The staff were friendly. On our second night the room next to us was very noisy. Staff were quick to tell them to be quiet after... More

Second time for us to stay here. We love the location close to the Vatican with many nice restaurants in walking distance. The front desk personnel is friendly and helpful. There are several different rooms available and the price is right. The rooms are clean and colorful. Breakfast is 6.50 Euros and is very generous. The only drawback is that there... More

Dear guest, thank you for your nice words on service and hotel. It's great you enjoyed. We are sorry for the lack of elevator but at the same time are always ready to assign a room on a lower level should you request one. We wish you a nice end of 2015 and a better start of the new year.... More

Enjoyable stay, friendly and helpful staff, everywhere clean and rooms serviced daily. Bottle of wine on arrival, lovely touch. Complimentary water in fridge every day. Free tea and coffee in breakfast room any time of day. Location good, near shops and restaurant, we walked everywhere , nice to wander through the streets. Overall great trip, thank you colors hotel .

The hostel is 5 minutes walk from Vatican. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast optional. We did not have bathroom in the room but it was very very clean so this was no issue. Nice terrace on roof. Recommend it.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights during our recent trip to Europe. Hotel was clean, service was good, location was nice, and our room came with a cute balcony that we really enjoyed. Staff was very friendly. Good "bang for the buck".

We stayed here for 4nights in May. We found the hotel difficult to find with the name of the old hotel above the door. We then struggled to gain entry as we arrived 20minutes before the suggested arrival time and no one was on reception, but we were able to gain entry with some other guests. Our room was 2... More

Situated just 5 mins walk from the Vatican it is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the hotel itself is not what i would call a hotel. they occupy 3 floors in a large house. No lift, so you have to drag all your luggage to the 2nd or 3rd floor. The double room we stayed in... More

Stayed here at the beginning of September for two nights. The hotel is small which made it a little hard to find for our taxi driver but once there, the experience was very pleasant. The room is spacious and had a comfortable bed. The employees at the reception were bilingual and extremely helpful (they offered great restaurants in the area).... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
