We booked here for our 5 nights in Rome after reading glowing reviews! Upon arrival, Luciano sat us down at his dining room table w/ fizzy water & asked what our plans were for the week. He gave us maps, bus schedules/routes, suggestions to make our plans even better, and even a pot of hot chocolate for me each morning!... More

We stayed here on the tail end of two weeks in Italy. It was everything we expected and more. Luciano couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful to us. And he's got a nice sense of humor, always a plus. He accompanied us to the computer store to buy an Italian alphabet keyboard -- something that would have certainly been... More

We stayed in Luciano's room on the first floor of his building because there was no space in the regular B&B. I was terrified because I saw some photos on here of a bathroom with the shower over the toilet and thought that's the room we were staying in.. thank god it wasn't! We had a normal bathroom, though the... More

We could not have asked for a better start to our Italian holiday. From the moment Luciano’s smiling face popped out the 3rd floor window when we arrived to the time we left we experienced a friendliness and warmth that made us feel part of the family. Our room was large and nicely decorated with a walk in wardrobe that... More

This was the 'perfect' place to spend a week in Rome. It is centrally located; the landlords are fantastic! I speak a little Italian, but my wife is fluent, and therefore we were able to communicate with our hosts easier than most visitors. We spent 3 nights with Luciano on our first trip to Italy, and starting in Rome. Needless to stay we were a bit disoriented to start, but Luciano made us feel completely at home, helped us with our plans (including making some reservations before we arrived), and personally guided us (through a down-pour no less) to the best place to... Luciano is a wonderful host (always smiling) and his B&B is in the perfect location for walking to ALL attractions and sites. His family have been in same house for 5 generations. Luciano & his wife are very helpful with local knowledge. Surrounded by restuarants, 5 minutes walk to Piaza Navone & 10 minutes walk to Vatican. Location of this... More

B&B Luciano Pascucci is located on a perfect side street about a 10 minute walk from several great attractions in Rome, including Piazza Navona, the Parthenon, and Campo dei Fiori. Yet it is far enough from the attractions and on a small street so you feel totally removed from the crush of tourists in Rome. The architecture, woodwork, art and... More

Luciano Pascucci, our host, is as a kind, knowledgeable, helpful father figure who makes sure we don't get pick-pocketed, who reserves tickets for us so we don't waste time in long lines, who saves us money and time buying train tickets, who negotiates reasonable taxi rates to the airport and who recommends inexpensive but great restaurants nearby! The location is... More

We stayed at Luciano's B&B for 4 nights, late January 2011. We were warmly welcomed, and Luciano was a gracious host, he helped us settle in after a 26 hour flight..., and recommended a local restaurant which didn't let us down! We had our own space, yet felt like we were staying somewhere familiar. Our room was perfect, and warm... More
