Room was ok at first glance. Attention to the top floor (warm in summer, can not stay without air conditioning 24/24). Cleaning should be improved. Attitude Manager (female) left to be desired (wrong). Attention to the conditions described (plays all the expense of the customer). Shady area. Close to the metro (10-15 minutes walk).

Staff not helpful. Place is not clean, rooms are small, wifi is VERY SLOW, noisy and the airconditioned is not working well (full of dust). It is a very inconvenient place to stay. I HAVE TO FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL TO STAY, and only spent a night for my 5 nights of booking......I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. I do... More

We stayed two nights here while exploring Rome. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We had a bit of a hard time finding it when we first got off the Metro, but it is located quite close and was (for us) walking distance from the Vatican. Breakfast was very nice, as well. We would stay again... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in order to explore Rome and it's many sights. When we first saw it, we were very worried. The surrounding area seemed pretty scummy, and the hotel doesn't have necessarily the most reassuring exterior appearance. However, don't let it scare you off! The staff were exceptionally friendly, even though we spoke very... More

This was our first stay at Hotel Pacific but our umpteenth time to Rome. The staff were welcoming and our check in was quick which allowed us to go out much quicker than we thought. The hotel is a little dated but it is located in a quiet residential area and close to the Metro that takes you to the... More

I just stayed at the Hotel Pacific for the second time with a group of high school students and it serves our needs quite well. While this hotel is certainly dated and is nothing fancy, it is safe and close to the Vatican which are two important qualifiers for me when I visit Rome. The staff here is very helpful.... More

I stayed at this hotel on a school trip and really enjoyed my time here! The staff were so kind and welcoming and greeted us every morning and evening as if we were staying in their own home. If you're just looking for the basics then this place is perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and clean towels... More

I should establish first that as a school tour group of 34 high school students and four teachers from New Zealand our needs may be a little different from the average punter, but Hotel Pacific was absolutely perfect for our requirements. Situated in a quiet residential area just 15 minutes walk north of the Vatican, it provides good accommodation, meals... More

This hotel is located in Rome near the Vatican, the street is very busy and we stay on the street side so it didn't quiet down until after midnight. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful, we stayed there three nights. The hotel restaurant was small, there food was good, the only thing that was a turn... More

U have a tv 10" i think, Maybe less. U can hear the trafick all night through closed windows. The toilet runs... More
