I really do not like the idea of writing a review but feel so strongly about this that I had to do so, I stayed for 3 nights on two occasions and had 3 rooms. Each one stunk. I have never had such poor dinner meals in my life and I had seven years in boarding school. With two exceptions... More

Dear Sir, I do not usually reply to reviews, however I feel in this case I have to make an exception, just to set the record straight. First and foremost, we didn't receive the smallest complain during the four days of your stay, about anything, not by anyone of the 40 people of your party, nor by yourself. If you... More

We stayed there for a friends wedding and just one night, so location was more important than mixed reviews on Tripadvisor - I wish we had listened to the poor reviews. The hotel is right next to a rather noisy street and a petrol station (we had a room with a view exactly to that). If not enough the room... More

The Hotel Pacific was in a perfect area of the city for our needs. We stayed there prior to flying to Madrid for World Youth Day in August, 2011. With 80 pilgrims, the hotel staff could have understandably been less than helpful with our group. In fact,m the opposite was true. The staff was engaging with our teens and young... More

This is my first bad review of a place - I am not that picky and rarely make a fuss about a mediocre place but I would say that for the price, this place really sucked. We only stayed for 2 nights, thank god. Things that were bad: - very rude staff. I called down to reception to ask for... More

I stayed at this hotel as part of a group of 36 for 5 nights. This is a standard three star hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the single rooms are on the small side. Breakfast was buffet style and had a good choice of pastries, cake, biscuits, yogurts, fruit etc. For me the selling point of this... More

There was mould on the ceiling above the shower, toilet seat was not cleaned properly. the staff were not always, but were sometimes friendly. I would recommend it but I think next time I will stay at a better hotel. More

Service was adequate apart from the unpleasant lady manger who told me, rudely, that they don't have spare hairdryers 'as people keep stealing them'. The one in our room was broken. The hall porter sent to inspect it was well meaning but so slow. Eventually I was given the key to an empty room. Our bedroom was small and gloomy,... More

Stayed at this hotel with a group of students in June. The hotel seems to cater to travelling groups...there were several other tours there at the time. The location is somewhat away from the major tourists areas. The hotel gives you a nice map of the downtown Rome area. The beds are actually worn mattresses on cots. The room size... More

I spent two nights at the Pacific Hotel in Rome while traveling with a group of students. Overall, the hotel is acceptable, but it is showing its age. The rooms were small, but the bathrooms were relatively large (almost as big as the sleeping area). There were modern, enclosed, stand-up showers (a rarity in Europe), with clean fixtures. The matresses... More
