We stayed 11/12 for 2 nights had 2 rooms one family and a double. Fantastic location and easy to find. Clean and spacious family room with a queen size and 2 single beds. The only improvement I can think of would be tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The best part was the staff. The hotel is family... More

We stayed there in 2006-Feb just to sleep two nights. The main reason we chose this one was that it was extremely close to the Termini Station (railways). The hotel itself was just fine for the price we paid. The rooms were OK and the only downside I found was not related t the hotel but to the streets of... More

This hotel was a good place to stay at. We appreciated that it was at a strategic location requiring only a few minutes walk across from the Roma Termini station; it was of reasonable pricing for a spacious room; and the hosts for the hotel were very nice (a good orientation was given upon check-in which was very helpful). Due... More

Firstly the hotel's location was ideal as it was close to the Termini and main attractions. The hotel's owner Franco was to friendliest hotel owner i have ever met. He went to extremes to explain to us the surrounding areas and even recommended us this italian restaurant that serves the best pizza. The best part is that this restaurant does... More

The staff are really helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is very nice. Wherever you are you just need to jump into any bus to get to this hotel! The hotel is located next to many restaurants and bars :) The hotel was tidy and very well organised.

This hotel isn't luxury, so if you're looking for a fancy spa or high-end Rome excursion...not here. But this hotel worked great for what we needed - easy walk to Termini, which is where many regional trains and importantly, the FCO airport "Leonardo Express" come in. So if you're coming into Rome for the first time (or coming in late... More

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. As I think it was family owned, it was very well attended to and the receptionist (owner) always treated his guests with sincere care. Mr. Franco and son Bruno (and his wife) were always helpful. Hotel is very close to Termini station. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel and... More

Location is perfect, 5 min walk from Termini Station, easy to find. The building has a lift so don't worry about your luggage. The room is big, we got a three-bed when booked a double, everything works fine although a bit old condition. Lots of restaurants/bars, shops and supermarket nearby. Staff is pretty helpful, they will answer any questions asked... More

Bruno and Franco were excellent!!! The place was Excellent! They made our stay very comfortable. Room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious and the hotel was so close to the Termini (walking distance). Everything was walking distance from us. The staff arranged our taxi to the airport and were so helpful. They gave us suggestions on where to go,... More

Simple but clean room, helpful staff at reception and a very good location. The hotel is very close to Termini station but not noisy at all. You can walk to most tourist attraction within 30mins and it feels safe enough.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
