The hotel was OK, but the staff in the reception asked for our passports at check in. They didn't give them back to us at check out. We got a mail, that "we forgot our passports", and the hotel sent them to us by taxi that cost os 31 €. I assumed that if the hotel asks for passports at... More

We arrived in Rome and had an email confirmed for picking us up at the airport but they made us wait there for more than an hour. We called them back and forth and after long discussion they said they forgot to book us a car. We made to the hotel and only the front desk said sorry but we... More

Central for fairly easy walking to all the major areas of Rome & The Vatican City ...whilst the hotel is not new by any standards, and could do with a decorating spree, it was all clean in the room, with fresh linen. Air conditioning working well, and although we were on the side of the busy main road, we were... More

We have just been, for a five-day stay, at this hotel, which was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I just knew it was in an excellent location but nothing more. Nonetheless first impressions - before even getting there - were very good for the way they handled my numerous emails regarding various issues. On our arrival we... More

This hotel is bang in the middle of everything you could wish to see in Rome. Just a short walk in any direction brings you to something incredible. All the major sights are in walking distance. So for that alone it was well worth every penny. The hotel room was comfortable with a huge bathroom. The one downside to the... More

I stayed at the Della Torre Argentina on the last week of May 2014. Though the hotel itself is not exactly new, everything was tidy, beds were comfy, and we had free high-speed internet throughout the building. We booked two rooms, one of which was huge by any standards, while the other was considerably smaller. Both had plenty of power... More

We had just 2 days in Rome, and wanted to be near the major sites, without spending too much money. This hotel was central to everything, about 20 minute walk to the Vatican in one direction and the Colosseum in the other. We had 4 people in our group and were able to get one room that fit all of... More

The hotel is very near the Piazza Navone with the Pantheon, Vitori Emmannuell Memorial and Collosium all within walking distance. The air conditioning in the room was a perfect temperature and made for a good sleep. Would happily reccommend to friends and family.

This hotel is in a very good location, close to various sites that you would want to see in Rome. I agree with previous reviews about rooms, helpful front desk staff etc. However we were overcharged on our bill and still waiting several days later for a confirmation that this has been sorted out. Front desk staff did not have... More

Located bang in the centre of Rome city centre this hotel was perfect for visiting all of the sights and nice areas of Rome. The hotel staff were very pleasant and very accommodating to our needs (I had a last ditch panic and needed to print a boarding pass before checking out which they assisted with which was great). The... More
