Overall, this hotel is in a great location, is a functional 3* and good value for money, but let down by the quality of the beds. We were in Rome for 5 nights and wanted to stay close to Piazza Navona and this was one of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area. The location is great - 5... More

Perfect location to start exploring the city by foot. Quiet well appointed rooms. Was originally given a single room that was small and off the main lobby but then moved to a nice room on first floor. Would definitely stay again as was very good value.

Stayed 3 Nights in May 2014. We were a group of 5 thus booked a Double Room and a triple room - The main advantage of the hotel is it's location. It is centrally located, few steps away from Pantheon and all major attractions of Rome can be reached by foot. - The double room was small in size while... More

I feel a bit lucky about getting into this hotel. The hotel we originally booked, did not honor our room guarantee upon arrival. So, we found a travel agency in Rome that helped us get a room here literally "on the spot." Location could not be better. Less than 5 minutes walk to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, etc.. Bus and taxi... Agree with other reviews that the location is perfect - a few minutes walk from the Pantheon and around half way between the Vatican and the Colosseum. There is also a bus stop right outside the door. The surrounding area is good for restaurants and cafes, particularly Campo de'Fiori, also only a few minutes away. Perhaps the only downside location-wise... More

We visited this hotel in June 2014 and was pleasantly surprised as to the location, The hotel itself is a bit old, but has a charm to it. We could not have asked for a better located hotel, On average we were only 5 to 10 minutes walk to all major sites in Rome. The hotel staff were very polite... More

This has to be one if the best locations to stay in while in Rome. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with many bus numbers stopping there but the hotel is within an easy walking distance of The Vatican, Pantheon,... We arrived around noon on a Monday and managed to do Rick Steeve's "Ceasar Shuffle",... More

We spent three nights here for a short break. As outlined in most of the other reviews here, the location is superb. It's a 10 minute walk to the top of the Forum. 20 minutes to the Colosseum, 15 to the Trevi fountain etc. And it is literally right next to a bus stop. Upon arrival we had a friendly... More

The other reviews are quite accurate. We all agree that the hotel is very nicely situated for people who like to walk. My wife and I are 70+ and we walked from one end of the old city to the other without the need for public transportation. In Rome even the unidentified buildings have architectural interest. The breakfast is good,... More

The location is great, you can walk everywhere and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, but that's about it. Our room only had a small window that faced other buildings, so even with the window open the room was still dark and depressing. Our bathroom floor was always wet, both the shower and the sink...
