Great and very big hotel near turistic point! Shame that breakfast is weak. The faixada the building is not beautiful but the rooms are large and well furnished. Great shower with good shampoo and soaps. Worth staying

The Ergife Palace is not a bad place to stay. It is clean and in a convenient location. The grounds are nice and well kept. All in all I can say it is a nice place to stay while in Rome. We did not try the resturant there so I can not say how it was. We spent two nights... More

My husband and I stayed in this hotel as part of our Trafalgar tour. The hotel rooms were nice and clean and we had plenty of room. We had breakfast included as well which was alright - eggs, bacon (very salty), cereal and lots of pastries. It took us about 15 minutes to drive to the Vatican and about 25... More

We were here for 2 nights on our last leg in Italy before flying home and quite a forgettable hotel it must be said.It was big and large and had 2 balcony but sadly amenities were only provided for 1 people. Room had no air condition, making the room quite stuffy and warm therefore we cannot sleep properly. Turns out... More

The porter that had an hour to bring our tour groups bags to the bus decides to leave the tasks until the absolute last minute. With 5 minutes to go he dragged my suitcase across the ground despite it having 4 perfectly good wheels and broke one off. He blamed the driveway of the hotel when we questioned him about... More

Spent 2 nights here as part of our tour. Initially our room was right underneath air conditioning units, so we asked to move and they accommodated us promptly. We had a large room with a king size bed, desk and chair and a balcony. Nice size bathroom. Lots of room to move around in this hotel room. The breakfast was... More

We stayed here as part of tour so we would not have chosen this hotel for ourselves as it is at least 20 minutes from city centre of Rome which is not convenient if you are going in each day for sightseeing. The hotel itself was huge, modern and clean but full of tour groups which could be a turn... More

Attended 5 days conference at Hilton but stay at this hotel negotiated rate by conference. 4 star rating but I will give it 1 star service. Huge hotel but 2 check in desk with no concierge no business center no iron no bottle water etc. Room is actually large and accepted but everything else is terrible. Free breakfast is poor... More

This hotel is affordable and quite decent. Although 2 receptionist will only entertain guest quite a while when then a lot queuing. Rooms are bigger but you can hear the TV sounds coming from the other room. Wifi is free and connection is quite strong but for me you have to troubleshoot for you to connect. Breakfast is superb. Just... More

We spent 2 nights at this hotel booked by a tour operator. For this reason, the hotel is crowded with customers from 5 or 6 motor coaches. This explain the long wait for an elevator! The lobby is very nice and huge. The room looks like a 4 star north american standard, very comfortable, but sound proofing is weak. Breakfast... More
