Let's start this review by stating I am very well versed in hotels service and condition as with my work I stay in hotels Motels and resorts approximately 50 to 70 days every calendar year. The information below is on a group of hotels used by Triangular travel and the issues we encounter with the tour . PLEASE be ready... More

This hotel in the suburbs of Rome is well, terrible; the room was nice, but the location and service are amongst the worst I experienced in Italy. There is no service really; we asked for a wakeup call, no call; we asked for the air conditioning to be fixed, no fix, until finally two days into our trip, the hotel... More

Ok, rooms adequate. Breakfast sufficient. Looked to eat out so took tip from previous review. Found Mille Pizze up driveway, turn right. Not far. Buy pizza by the portion. Cheap beer (1.50E Perroni). Waking distance. Locals in & out, always a good sign.

a) if your package tour company uses it or b) if, like me, you are attending a conference held there. Otherwise it should be avoided. The principal problem with the hotel is its distance from Rome's sights. The hotel sits well west of the Vatican; the nearest metro stop (Cornelia) is approximately 15 minutes away on foot … and it's... More

We were at the hotel for a conference. The room was large, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was reasonably good. The staff were generally helpful, although I specifically asked for a taxi that took credit cards to take us to the airport. Reserved it the night before. What we got was a cash only cab. Annoying. The bigger problem was... More

I stayed here for a conference with a couple days up front for sightseeing. My 1st time in Rome, so I've no standard to judge locally, but on a global scale, this was unremarkable at best. masses of people on tours, so common spaces are bedlum. expensive drinks at the bar. Breakfast a single step above grim. Biggest complaint was... More

As many other reviewers, we stayed on this hotel with a Trafalgar tour for 1 night at the beginning and two nights on our return. We were in Rome on our own for a week before that, in a good hotel near Termini Hotel Genova. I waited until we came back to Oz to review this hotel to be fair.... More

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon with Trafalgar (Jewels of Italy) in June 2014. After all day travel from NY, this was stop #1 on our trip. The hotel was probably some 20 min outside of the center of Rome, but for us, this was not an issue because we were with the tour. I'd... More

Ergife Palace Hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere to the busy streets of Rome. The rooms are large, modern and clean. Breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had as compared to other continental breakfasts and offered a wide variety of options, including bacon, eggs, sweet pastries, etc. The hotel is far from the city centre, and some distance from... We stayed at the Ergife for a conference. The hotel was ideal for this as the conference rooms were huge, ideal for a large crowd of people. The rooms which were not cheap however, were disappointing. Our room was dated, worn, tiles cracked on the balcony with loose pieces lying around. The beds were comfortable but no where to put...
