I enjoyed my stay at the San Carlo Suite. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is deal - directly in the centre of Rome within walking distance to the Colosseum, Pantheon, and a whole host of other landmarks and attractions. I will definitely stay here again.

Dear Ms. Sara, every comment from our Guests is important for us to improve our service and our experience. Unfortunately we have a different point of view about this situation and we would like to inform you about it: when you booked in our property, your reservation was made with the non-refundable rate. The advantage of this kind of rate,... More

The hotel location is not what they are showing on the web site. We got 2 suites ,when we get to the main address,we had to go on a gulf card to the location taht our rooms were located. Imagine 3 people with suit cases in the middle of Rome streets on a guld card ?? The lift is small... More

Entering the building looking for a 3 Suites hotel made us curios. The lift was as in the exciting Movies from the fifties. Just like av jailhousecell. LIfting us up 3 floors shaking and noisy we came to a hoteldoor of glass. Our exitement increased, where were the reception, here, said the handsome employee. We stood there in a narrow... More

If you are looking for big-megA hotels with heavy traffic on the lobby - this is for sure not your hotel you are looking for! BUT if you are looking for very decorate, modern, ultra-clean, warm, welcoming and very nice and lovely staff - this is the place ! The location is the best -- 0 to 20 minute from... More

Four of us, two adults with two small kids, stayed at the suite from Dec 22-24, 2013. We were not sure what to expect to begin and a little less than typical entrance made us nervous but we soon realized that the suites are part of an apartment building that houses others as well. All our concerns vanished the moment... More

My husband and I stayed in the junior suites. It was very quiet and very nicely decorated. Several people have mentioned the smell from the bathroom, and they are correct. However, that did not spoil the stay for us. The location was central, if you are in good shape, you can walk to most attractions. The afternoon wine bar was... More

Perfect location, staff is attentive and professional, ultra-clean and modern. The breakfast is fabulous. There is a happy hour every day with Prosecco. They have the best concept of a virtual concierge/front desk at San Carlo, great idea! The location is ideal for shopping, restaurants, and national landmarks. The Metro station is nearby too for getting to Termini, etc.

Location was amazing, right in the middle of Via del Corso next to all the shops. The whole hotel is situated in one half of a floor of a building so there's no lobby or anything. Service was not great, we arrived at Gigli d'Oro to check in at around 6pm (which was impossible to find) and there was only... More

Just came back from a 4 nights trip in San Carlo Suite with my fiancee. The concept of San Carlo Suite is great: when we arrive at the reception (of Gigli d'Oro which is the same hotel group located 1km away). We were driven with a golf cart until our apartment, which is located on a 2nd floor of a... More
