Fantastic hotel! Receptionists were very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable, room was clean and well presented, good location (only 1 minute walk from metro), vast breakfast options and reasonably priced. Be mindful of the Rome tourist tax (which the receptionist kindly informed us about on our first day). Had a few tiny issues: no wifi on the final night and the... More

This is a great little hotel. Very close to the metro (if arriving by metro, turn left after exiting the barriers, go up escalators, and then at the top, exit on the right, this is the closest exit to the hotel). Check in was easy, the room was a good size, air conditioning worked brilliantly. Bathroom was modern and clean.... More

This very clean and reasonably priced hotel was conveniently located just 4 Metro stops from the Vatican. However, the hotel's biggest plus are their staff members, who are all very courteous, friendly and helpful. Special mention to Renata who went out of her way to check on Vatican tour tickets for us, and was very patient with all our questions... More

I would not rate this hotel as 4* but only good 3*. Location only ok, close to metro but far away from centre, hotel located on very busy street and even with double window you can hear the traffic inside. Breakfast boring, no fresh fruit and only little selection. Rooms quite small and had narrow beds. Reception staff very nice... More

This hotel was extremely friendly and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning way before check in time. When we arrived they were happy to let us commandeer their breakfast room and reception bathroom to freshen up (which after 36 hours of travelling was fantastic!!). The room was perfect and clean and had aircon which helped in the Rome heat.... More

A good value hotel compared to some of the options in Rome. If you are reading this you know about the location which isn't a problem unless you encounter a train strike like we did on our day of departure! Hotel management was very helpful in getting us a hard to find taxi however and let us know about the... More

Overall a nice place. The shower was separate from the toilet so everyone could get ready faster. The hotel is far from the center so we had to take the bus when the metro was closed at night. The area seemed a little creepy at night but during the day it was fine. Everyone at reception was very nice.

This very nice and superbly friendly hotel is located a bit out of the central city, but still within easy reach of the subway and city busses. What it may lack in location it definitely makes up for in service and helpfulness. Great breakfast, impeccably clean room and very fine service. value for every buck :-)

This hotel is very beautiful and cozy and has wonderful, kind and helpful staff. The only downside is there are few family bedrooms that get booked quickly, other rooms may only be able to accommodate two to three people, so if you plan a family trip book well in advance. As a family of four, we had to book two... More

5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2015

We had two rooms-my husband and I in one and our two sons in another. Hotel was extremely clean and decorated in over the top 'Roman' style (think Vegas' Beligio.) Rooms were inconsistent in size (the result of refurbished older buildings) but both rooms were fine and we were very comfortable. This hotel is a short metro ride from the... More
