This will be short but Valerio (manages place) made my stay awesome! He helped us map rome and figure out what to do and where to go. Being from America, he simplified rome within 10 minutes on a map for us to keep. Will DEFINITELY be staying again if ever back in rome and would recommend for EVERYONE!

We stayed at this B and B for a Weekend getaway and we were pleasantly surprised. It is located in a 1920s building which is beautiful on the inside. Located just off the river right between the Vatican City and The Colosseum both within walking distance (which is the best way to see Rome). We were greeted by the owner... More

the hotel location is very close to everything a tourist should see in rome plus it's very close to a lot of local restaurants (north of the hotel) wich are very good (not like many restaurants in rome wich are overpriced and not so good) as said before the location is very close to the center but in a very... We stayed at this B&B for 5 nights. On our first full day I broke my ankle. Valerio, the Manager of the B&B, was absolutely fantastic. He ordered a taxi to take me and my husband to the hospital. He, as well as his mother, came with us to the hospital and stayed with us. He also enquired on the... More

This is an excellent, well-priced B&B in a great location - just over the river from Navonna - it takes literally 5 minutes to walk there. It is clean, very friendly (Valerio is extremely helpful) and there is a good Italian breakfast included round the corner at Loveat. There's a good bathroom, plenty of cupboard space, a large TV and... More

My husband and I visited Rome for two days at the end of April. We booked back in March and about 4 days before our trip we received a confirmation email with very helpful advice on how to get from the airport to the B&B (cab, car service, bus)-sidebar, take the bus, the stop is very close to the B&B.... Were provided with an upgraded room which allowed us to spread out. I loved the bathtub, which was the first one we had in many days of travelling in Italy . A short walk to the airport shuttle for 6 euros, many bus routes close by as well. Helpful information provided and breakfast was at a local coffee shop when... More

Me and my partner stayed at B&B Calamatta at the beginning of March and we certainly weren't disappointed. It is in a beautiful 1920's building and the room was clean, nice and cosy. The owner Valerio, was incredibly helpful. Giving us advice to help us make the most of our trip. He has a very good knowledge of Rome and... More

Location is brilliant, close to everything but very quite and peaceful. Valerio the manager went above and beyond to help us make the most of our holiday, his advice was superb and his local knowledge was invaluable. Would go back every time

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
