The hotel was fine. I found the staff wasn't helpful although they appeared to try. Everytime we took their advise on something it turned out to be wrong. They really do need to be better able to answer the questions of their guests. more

Hotel Giuliana was staffed by wonderfully friendly people. We always felt as if we were coming home after a long day of walking around Rome. If we ever go back to Rome, this is were we will stay. There is no place like home. more
