This hotel is very conveniently located for anyone using the trains to get around italy, we walked from the station. We also walked from hotel giuliana to all of the major sites in rome. 25-30 min walk direct to the vatican. The rooms are small and a little bit older, and the room we stayed in (12) is at the... This small family run hotel is a gem located a 5 minute walk from Termini train station. It is situated near many restaurants and shops and is within walking distance of most of the major sites. Facilities are clean and each morning a friendly breakfast is offered. Staff is warm very helpful and welcoming. Would return for sure.

We finnished an 8 week holiday in europe with 3 days in Rome before our flight back to Australia. Could not fault Hotel Giuliana and its friendly staff. I was a bit worried about booking on their web site but it worked out perfectly and would not hesitate in staying here again. Its close to all the main attractiions and... More

We just returned from our Italian trip and spent four days at Hotel Guiliana. It is a great location right in the center of visiting the Vatican, Trevi Fountain (which was sadly being renovated and not open), coleseum, spanish steps. Within walking distance of all these sites and Termini Station where we got on and off trains. Staff was very... More

I had stayed here with my daughters five years ago; this time my husband came with me, and this hotel was an easy choice to make. Not only did Jean and the other staff welcome us and speak English very well, but they listened to us. They have years of experience of quality hospitality, so our concerns and questions were... You can walk from Hotel Giuliana to the train station, to two metro stations, to the Colisseum & Roman Forum and many other points in this friendly, lively, not overly touristic neighborhood. The room was pretty and roomy (bathroom was too) and staff very helpful and all fluent in English. Our room was just over a small street market ,... More

The hotel is right in the middle of the city - a walk from the colosseum - I think it was a 15 min walk possibly with a kid in the buggy - so you get the hang :-) The rooms are nice - although a bit small. I wouldn't say its the best room we have stayed in but... More

Our daughters stayed at this hotel a couple of years back and raved about the hotel, service and staff. So glad we listened and stayed there too on our recent visit! The hotel is spotlessly clean, has great air con for those hot Rome days, super friendly staff and fantastic location. You can walk from Termini and to the Colosseum.... More

We (4 us of - 2 couples) stayed here for 3 nights, on the recommendation of a friend. We were not disappointed. The hotel occupies just the 1st floor of a building, tucked away on the Via Agostino Depretis. Do not be put off by this, as it's a great location for getting around, on foot, by bus, by Metro... Just perfect... ideally located, clean and comfortable, the most helpful and friendly staff you can imagine... last but not least: unbeatable price-quality ratio. You really don't need to look anywhere else.
