I booked 2 single rooms and we found this hotel clean, comfortable and although the bedrooms were small they were not cramped. The staff were polite and helpful, however, this was listed in our Jet2 brochure as 3 star and we expected to pay 2 Euro's per night visitor tax but they charged us 6 as they consider it to... More

We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is away from the tourist areas in an area with a lot of foreign embassies. We found the reception staff to be polite, helpful and efficient. Our room was very clean and adequate in size for the amount of time we spent in it. The beds were very comfortable. There was a... More

Unfriendly, can't be bothered staff. Checked in and was told to sit in lounge, passport was returned and left to sit in lounge being ignored .It was 3.15 pm way after the check in time. after 10 mins we enquired about our room and was then given the key.Room ok, small but clean . 4 star this hotel is not.... Really lovely hotel within 5mins walk of the metro that will take you to all the famous attractions. Very clean and welcoming. We had a small room to begin with but one call to reception had us moved to a larger room on the 5th floor (there is a lift) with a balcony. There is a mini bar in the... More

Hotel is in a good location in a quiet and safe area that has a real roman charm, without a lot of tourists. It is well connected by public transport. Directly front of the hotel is the stop for bus that go to the Termini station. Also numerous buses near the hotel leading to the historic center of Rome. Metro... More

Stayed here for one week in august of 2014. Hotel is nice and cozy. Rooms are not big, but clean and comfortable enough. As someone mentioned above, it's really a little bit noisy, but we have no problems with sleeping. Breakfasts are very nice and the choice is good -- cheese, ham, fruits, pastry, coffee, juices, even cereal with milk.... More

The hotel is not far away from the Termini station, and a cab from there costs around 10 euros. It is not a very good location, for there are not many shops where you can eat, and the hotel does not have a restaurant. The staff was friendly and gave options to where and how to go to famous touristic... More

There is nothing critically wrong with this hotel, it is just that there is nothing great about it. The room was clean and serviced regularly with all that you would expect. Bed was comfortable-ish (I only had 1 pillow and on the first night, I had to use the big wool bed cover as an extra pillow. The maid got... More

We stayed at the Santa Costanza for five nights. We received a friendly and courteous greeting on arrival. On entering our room we noted that it was spotlessly clean. Decor is traditional and tasteful. The beds were firm but comfortable - I certainly slept well. There's nowhere to sit except for one upright chair and the beds, but as we... More

We stayed for 3 nights here. I must say this was wonderful stay. Staff and service was excellent. Internet and Air conditioning was very good. Breakfast had enough choice available for everyone. Hotel is just 10 minutes by bus from Termini. Close by there are shops and bus stop is just 1 minute walk away from hotel. Around the hotel... More
