Ideal to relax, ideal to explore. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel feels very private and personal. Stuff is helpful and friendly. Rooms and - yes - showers are small but I slept heavenly and felt comfortable from the first moment. Villa borghese Park, Metro station and tram are 2 mins away - a walk to St. Peter is... More

We arrived extremely jetlagged to this hotel too early for regular check in, and the staff was very accommodating. They stashed our luggage, and we were able to rest and enjoy some coffee on the many large comfortable sofas in the bar area until our room was ready. Our room was very clean and lovely with a window facing the... More

Honestly, I do not not understand how other reviewers can complain about this hotel. We stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of August. The staff were all very friendly from reception to the breakfast room, bar and cleaning staff. You really do get back what you give. Our room was lovely (603), bed comfy, plenty of wardrobe space,... The following is the main points about this hotel Good location Good Staff Clean rooms Excellent service Very small rooms and baths WI-FI is not that efficient. So if you are looking for 3 star hotel with good service it is OK. But is very difficult to stay in room because it is too small.

We had a disastrous flight from Malta. We arrived at the hotel at 4 in the morning and had to return to the airport by 12 noon. The hotel bed was great, room was clean, breakfast was great and they bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. Convenient location. I would highly recommend it.

We booked this hotel for the second part of our honeymoon after the fabulous reviews received here. However I just don't get it. Let me start with the positives. Fabulous location. A stone's throw from the metro. A few steps to the beautiful Piazza Polpolo. We were able to walk everywhere (attractions are closer than they look on the map!... More

We had this hotel booked by our travel agent. The staff was so very helpful. From finding a place to eat to booking a ticket to the Vatican, they were on point. This will be a favorite stop when we come back to Rome.
