Here for meeting at FAO and perfect location-15 min easy walk past Coliseum and Circus Maximus. If ancient Rome is your thing, this is the place to be. The newish dining room has gotten goo reviews and I concur...small but exquisite menu. See the gnocchi stuffed with buffalo mozzarella -totally yummy

The hotel was very clean and situated conveniently for our short stop of two nights. The first night we were treated to a great jazz flutist playing at the roof top bar and a delicious dinner at the restaurant overlooking Colosseum. I had one issue in that the air con just sent my sinuses crazy, I had been in Europe... More

We stayed two nights here and would have stayed longer if we could have. Our room was wonderful, very spacious and a wonderful bed! Our breakfast was awesome every morning. It was very clean and we felt very safe. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. This place is off the main part of town but it... More

The most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in.. The staff where all fantastic, especially in the restaurants. The reception staff where always polite and friendly. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was a big plus due to the heat. We had a bottle of Prosecco given to us for our anniversary which was waiting in our room,... More

This hotel is a great value for the price. It has large rooms with high ceilings, and while the carpet and marble are older, the hotel does a great job at maintaining it. I especially appreciated the turn down service at night. The front desk is helpful, and the breakfast is ample and yummy. I would stay here again if... More

Great location staffed by a team of truly helpful and welcoming people. The rooms were spacious and we appreciated the AC during the European heat wave of July 2015! Definitely give the hotel restaurant a try one evening....it's quite nice dining up on the room with a view of the Colosseum.

We stayed at this hotel for seven nights on our sightseeing holiday to Rome. The hotel is in a quiet street less than ten minutes from the Colesseum and Forum. The main part of Rome is a further 15/20 walk away. Our check in was welcoming and we were given a lot of information about tours etc. We had asked... More

It's a studio hotel near by colosseum, the breakfast on terrace restaurant was good, rooms are small for a family & bathrooms are too small. Over all average property. The staff was good, & the house keeping was good.

We struggled to choose a hotel for our 3 night stay in July as Rome hotels are expensive for what you get compared to the US or Asia Pacific, in addition the best value choices are the boutique hotels and not the chain hotels. We selected Capo d'Africa based on the trip advisor reviews and we were really happy with... More

This hotel is fresh, clean and an excellent breakfast buffet each morning. I loved the hotel location, which is near the Colosseum and the church at Laterno. It is a hike to some of the other sites around Rome. However, the bus is not far away.
