You could not find a better place to stay. Just yards away from the Colosseum and within easy walking of all Rome's attractions. Great hotel, excellent breakfast, really friendly and helpful staff and some really great restaurants close by.

We stayed 5 nights in the Capo d'Africa for our visit to Rome and our choise for this hotel was really an excellent choise : spacious room and bathroom, plenty of natural light in the room, silent A/C, extremely helpfull staff, better than expected breakfast, ideal location for visiting old Rome. We had room 301, just under the place on... More

We stayed at this hotel in October and we had 3 rooms. It is very close to the Coliseum-about a 10 minute walk. When we first arrived it was a bit chaotic as there were 7 of us plus a baby and our driver could not park in front of the hotel as the spots were taken. I went into... More

The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Situated in a narrow back street you could easily miss it, but behind it's façade is a lovely modern boutique hotel. Staff are excellent and can speak English if you prefer. Rooms are spacious with large marbled washrooms and high ceilings. Our room was at the rear and very quiet.... More

A real keeper for a destination wedding. Hotel staff catered to everyone's needs. Breakfast was better than most Italian hotel/inn establishments. Walking destances to/from the Colluseum and just about 10 Euros to all other attractions. Staff speak English well. Good value.

Just stayed at Capo for 2 nights at the beginning of our honeymoon. It was a great location for sightseeing and lots of great restaurants around the way. On arrival there was a bottle of Prosecco, which was a great start to our honeymoon. Definitely will recommend.

I had previously stayed at the Capo D' Africa 3 years ago and was very impressed by the location, as well as the décor and overall comfortable, lovely rooms. So when you find something you like, you stick with it. I did notice a bit more wear on some of the hardware in the bathrooms, lobby furniture and carpeting, so... More

We stayed here the second half of our Honeymoon in Rome after staying nearer The Vatican for the first part of the week. On arrival the Hotel staff provided us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The Hotel is expensive but in Rome you absolutely get what... More

Lovely hotel! Great location, it was perfect for a weekend of sightseeing. Hotel is in a quiet street but ideally located to taxi ranks, buses and transport links. We had a triple room- King Size and single bed, the room was spotless, comfy beds, large bathroom with all the essentials. We even had fluffy dressing gowns and slippers. Perfect to... More

Good location in a quiet area behind the back of the Coliseum. Neighboorhood has all you need in restaurants, bankomats, farmacia and gelato. Reception desk is staffed by the best concierges in Rome...Giuliana and Marco. Both are most welcoming and provide a wealth of information. They can book your tours and give you directions. Always helpful and friendly. Hotel and... More
