When I walked into the hotel to check in, the person at the front counter didn't even acknowledge my entrance. Only when. I was in front did he look up but continued not to say anything. He didn't say 'thank you' or 'enjoy your stay', just commenced his paperwork at the desk. Overall the service from the staff wasn't very... More

The location had us a bit worried, but we found that it was quite good, especially since we were close to the Terminal. Also, we benefitted from the advice of Luca, a great front-desk manager, who recommended two particularly outstanding restaurants nearby, plus a decent supermarket was just blocks away. For a budget-minded stay, it was more than adequate and... More

The Milani hotel in rome has to be the worst expirence of my life. Hotel staff very rude except for one gentleman. The room we had was so small we felt like we were suffocating. The aircon was very poor.We had to sit downstairs until bedtime. There was no tea making facilities window boarded up we felt like we were... More

We were there in may. Location is really good, 6 min walking distance from Termini. The room is ok, nothing fancy but good. You can hear people slamming the door . No climatisation untill june but it was 25 degrees in the room. The lady told me to open the window, yes of course ! But it is impossible to... More

Just plain average across the board. If you are looking for a clean room to retire to at the end of a long day then this is fine. Don't expect to much else. The staff were helpful and the termini was nice and close.

The hotel was centrally located very close to Termini. The room was large but the air conditioning didn't work, the floor wasn't very clean, there was no waste bin apart from a tiny one in bathroom, no shower gel and only one plug. The breakfast was very good at ten euros.

We stayed only one night at Hotel Milani, as we were arriving by train from Florence in the evening and due to fly back to the states the next day. As we were only spending an overnight in Florence, prior to arriving back in Rome, we were able to leave our larger bags in the secured baggage area available at the... More

The is a basic, cosy Italian hotel worth it's price. The location is convenient, although the Termini area is not one of the most pleasant in the city. But most of the public transport lines cross here. The hotel itself provides good rooms (our was superior double), clean and with the usual facilities, which also worked! Good breakfast included the... More
