We booked this hotel as we had an overnight stay before and after going on a cruise from Rome. Was an excellent choice, Perfect location for dropping off the bags and venturing out into the city. Check in was good and we had rooms straight away at 11am. Rooms are good sized and clean, small gripes would be the beds... More

1) Got there at 11:00 am and my check-in was at 12:00. In a dry and not so welcoming tone I was told to come back later at 12:00. 2) Come back to check-in. The elevator wasn't working. Had to carry my luggage all the way to the 4th floor 3) While the most spacious room out of the 3... More

My husband and I stayed at Milani for four nights in September 2014. We had a standard double room which was a good size and had a great armoire to easily hang clothes and store our bags. The private bathroom was wonderful, and the shower was a good size and had great water pressure. The room and bathroom were exceptionally... More

This was terrible. First of all, no wifi - continued to promise it daily but never came through. Breakfast was not good (even though free). The daytime desk man was the rudest I have EVER had the pleasure of meeting. He totally ignored an elderly man the morning we were checking out who's wife had fallen AT THE HOTEL and... More

They claim to be a 4 star hotel HA! All of the ratings show it to a 3 star hotel. They charge 4 euro per person per night. Should of been 3 not a big deal, but they were very rude and condescending. Do not stay here, stay next door at the smart hotel, they seemed nice and honest!

enjoyed our stay at the Milani. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and all was in good working order. It was very hot in Rome when we were there but the air conditioning worked very well, the rooms were always cool. Location is very convenient to Termini station. The price was an added bonus, hotel was... More

have just returned from spending four days in Rome staying at this hotel.Although the area appears rundown the hotel was excellent with friendly staff , a reasonable breakfast and a comfortable room. In addition there were a number of excellent restaurants in close proximity which made it easy to have an evening meal without travelling far after a day of... More

I have just returned from a 4 night break staying at the hotel with my grown up daughter. The staff were helpful - Italian and English spoken. The room was clean and quiet and a pleasure to stay at. The bathroom was also clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels etc. We had 80 degree blue sky weather and... More
