Very good serviced hotel with very helpful staff, a good place to be especially that termini station is a close walk away. Very efficient for time consumption as metro station drops you all over Rome. A very good breakfast served lightly.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes from Termini Station and Termini Bus Stop. The hotel is very clean and adequate. The hotel has free wifi - but the signal was very weak in my room. Some of the deskguys are helpful.

We stayed in September 2013 (our 4th stay here) The staff are friendly and helpful - my husband is able to speak Italian, but a number of the staff speak English. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast each morning is fresh and filling. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to the Termini station and local buses. There... More

When I walked into the hotel to check in, the person at the front counter didn't even acknowledge my entrance. Only when. I was in front did he look up but continued not to say anything. He didn't say 'thank you' or 'enjoy your stay', just commenced his paperwork at the desk. Overall the service from the staff wasn't very... More

The location had us a bit worried, but we found that it was quite good, especially since we were close to the Terminal. Also, we benefitted from the advice of Luca, a great front-desk manager, who recommended two particularly outstanding restaurants nearby, plus a decent supermarket was just blocks away. For a budget-minded stay, it was more than adequate and... More

The aircon was very poor.We had to sit downstairs until bedtime. There was no tea making facilities window boarded up we felt like we were... More

We were there in may. Location is really good, 6 min walking distance from Termini. The room is ok, nothing fancy but good. You can hear people slamming the door . No climatisation untill june but it was 25 degrees in the room. The lady told me to open the window, yes of course ! But it is impossible to... More

Just plain average across the board. If you are looking for a clean room to retire to at the end of a long day then this is fine. Don't expect to much else. The staff were helpful and the termini was nice and close.

The hotel was centrally located very close to Termini. The room was large but the air conditioning didn't work, the floor wasn't very clean, there was no waste bin apart from a tiny one in bathroom, no shower gel and only one plug. The breakfast was very good at ten euros.
