Having not been to Rome before, finding the hotel from the Termini was so easy and very close. I would suggest anyone staying at the Milani to get the bus from the airport (can be booked online through Terravision) as it stops at the right side of the Termini and you literally just walk up the side street opposite and... we arrived on Friday 2nd of March at Termini station. Our hotel was a 5 minutes walk from the station in a quiet street, a splendid location to start visiting a city like Rome, by foot or by public transport (metro, buses). The hotel was very clean, we had a renovated room (a room for three adults), no carpet on... More

Great central location for transport links but room bare and bland (couldn't bear to spend time in it, luckily weather was good so didn't have to!). Tiled concrete floors meant that every sound and scrape above and below was clearly heard, starting 6am or earlier. Bizarrely, the tv was located about 8 feet off the floor and CNN the only... More

We travelled in April and the weather was unusually warm so the air conditioning was not on this made our room unbearable to sleep in. Staff were friendly enough but could not do anything to resolve the temperature in our room. The room was clean but basic. Breakfast was good. The location was ideal for exploring Rome and only one... More

Just back from 4 day break in Rome - stayed in the Hotel Milani located in the Via Magenta 2 minutes from the Train station. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room (Room 210) was really nice - recently refurbished very comfortable with a nice modern bathroom The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were able to... More

A wonderful welcome when we arrived from Patrizia and her colleagues. Nothing too much trouble for them in terms of advice, recommendations, great service. A lovely, spotlessly clean room with comfortable bed and bathroom. Well located right next to the Termini railway station but in a quiet, side street. Good selection for the inclusive buffet breakfast More

My husband and i stayed in this hotel from the 5th feb until the 8th feb 2012. We arrived at 10 pm and were greeted with a smile. Check in was very quick and no problem. Our room was number 406 and when we opened the door it smelled fresh and was very clean. Good size with 2 double beds... More

My friends had good rooms on LHS of front desk. For some reason my room {sharing with fellow travellers daughter} was on opposite side of hotel to my friends rooms. Our room was very 1950s and bleak, to be polite. The bathroom flooded when you had a shower, no way to avoid it. Dark room, window looked over roofs which... More

The room was very basic but if you are only using it to literally lay your head somewhere in between site seeing then this is ideal but if your are seeking something a bit more luxurious i would not reccomend this. Bed was quite hard also. The breakfast was good and staff seemed friendly and happy to help on reception... More
