Went back for the second year in a row, perfect location, perefect size for a couple and perfect price. Angelica is always on hand for help and info, the room is cleaned and tidied every day. I think someone may have spoilt things since we were last there because you now have to eat your breakfast in the kitchen instead... More

Angelica owns one apartment at Prati, very close to the Vatican, and offers three independents rooms as B & B facility which is quite, clean and it has been recently refurbished. It's located a few steps from Ottaviano subway station and for those who admire traditional and quite areas of Rome, beautiful neighborhoods, that is the place to be. Angelica is a sweetheart! The rooms show her flair and personality which is alive and bubbly! It was easy access to the Metro, a few blocks from the Vatican, and in safer area of town. We walked to night walk the first night from the hotel and grabbed the metro at the spanish steps to make the two stops at... More

This small B&B offers extremely good value. The staff is very helpful although not always present. The location is just amazing, close to the vatican and a metro. The rooms are large and there really is nothing missing, especially for what your paying.

It was our first time in Rome! First of all about the location! It couldn't be better for us! The B&B is just a few meters away from Ottaviano metro station. We made the perfect choice, as the area of Vatican is the safest neighborhood. The area of Ottaviano have lots of restaurants, pizza/pasta, bakeries. Everything is so close -... More

I booked to stay here, but had a serious emergency at home the day before arrival. They offered no cancellation possibility even though it was a serious circumstance that was unavoidable to predict. I know in the terms and conditions, there is a 48 hour advance cancellation policy, but ultimately they are the ones who decide. When I requested if... More

We stayed here for four nights in October (3 person room). Location: close to the Vatican and shops. about 15 walk to the centre, some bars at walking distance so that was good. The room was clean, big enough and had a good bathroom as well. It was nice to be able to put the windows open for fresh air,... More

I stayed here for 3 nights for my 2nd visit to Rome in October. It is literally 5 minutes walk from St. Peter's square, and 2 minutes from a metro station linking you to the rest of Rome, so the location is fantastic. The B&B is in a pleasant residential area. The room (single) was pretty basic; no toiletries for... More

I stayed at Angelica Home B&B for four nights in September. Angelica is a wonderful host! She is very welcoming and warm, kind, and helpful. The B&B is in the perfect location for tourism, just two blocks to Via Ottaviano with the Ottaviano metro and many bus lines. Also, just 5 minutes walking to the Vatican. The area is safe... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
