We had booked a one-bedroom apartment in the boutique style Hotel Adriano, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The location is really central. We walked to many places. We used buses and cabs only a couple of times. We were very happy to stay here. It was the perfect blend of having... More

Very stylish hotel close to the Vatican City and most of Rome's architectural monuments including the Trevi fountains and Spanish steps. Very friendly, efficient reception staff on hand 24/7 to give practical and helpful advice, be it a local restaurant, bus times and prices or attractions advice. Very clean, comfortable room with everything we needed. We took the breakfast option... More

We stayed at the Hotel Adriano for 4 nights, in a executive double annex room. Room size was reasonable as was the bathroom. You have a terrace which over looks the below streets, which is a really nice treat for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. The only thing is you share it with... More

I could not say anything bad about this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, excellent buffet breakfast! It was also in a great area, very close to all of the major sights. The only thing is that there weren't too many restaurants very close, but its rome, you dont have to go very... More

After reading all good and bad reviews about Hotel Adriano I finally chose to book the classic twin room for 6 days in January 2015 directly using hotel website. I booked the room in November 2014. Official hotel website offers you to chose between different room types and bed options, so I carefully chose classic TWIN room because I have... More

Location was absolutely great, useful and polite staff. Lovely breakfast, and best price for a city hotel. Only one thing, when paying for city tax at checkout MAKE sure you get your receipt off proof, as we didnt get a receipt and was asked to pay twice!! But the problem was sorted out. also no tea/coffee facilities in room.

An old building which has been converted into a lovely hotel. We were in a classic room (older room) around the back of the hotel and the room was clean and tidy. The walls are rather thin and we heard our Italian neighbours quite clearly through the wall - especially their phone alarm going off for an hour!. Anyway the... More

Thank you Hotel Adriano - we loved our short stay with you, a great breakfast, a beautiful balcony and a fabulous room. This hotel is a short walk to everything you want in Rome - excellent location and accommodation - what more do you want! We didn't want to come home. See you again soon.

Located within walking distance of all the major attractions but unless you're confident you know where it is don't attempt to make your own way. Bite the bullet and leave it to a capable taxi driver. It'll cost 48-55 euro's from Fliumicino airport but it's a 40 minute ride and well worth it. We were there for 3 nights in... More

One Night in Rome before cruise. Lovely, clean, modern hotel with outstanding customer service. Staff went above and beyond from luggage storing to wine opener. We fell in love with Rome and can't wait to go back for the culture, food, wine and of course the Adriano!

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
