The Hotel Adriano was a recommendation from a friend. We took a cab from the Termini train station, a short drive, and saw what a great location it was. It is surrounded by a maze of little alleys with fun little restaurants, churches, and little shops all over. It is a short walk to the Spanish Steps, and Pantheon, and... More

The hotel is really nice. Comfortable, clean and with a briliant breakfast buffet. There is a Gin bar in the reception area to ad to the charms of the hotel. Nearby, you can walk to any of the major attractions of Rome within 30 minutes. The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are all within a 15 minute walk with... More

I just loved my stay at Hotel Adriano. First of all, ofr its precious location close to Piazza Navona, the heart os Historical Center. The hotel is nice, cozy and people are helpful. The breakfast is just delicious (ok, it's Italy...) and hte hotel offer free wifi, with no password and other boring steps. A nice place to be back... More

Very good located small hotel in the center of Rome. There are two parts of it, the new rooms are amazing and fantastic, very complete and cosy. Breakfast is not the most complete I ever had, but it is OK, you will not go away from the table with hunger. Only one remark: the pillows are terrible, definitely something that... More

Like a two star pensione this hotel was desperately disappointing. Our room was small and dirty and had virtually no facilities. The breakfast was unpleasant when it did finally appear and the facilities were negligible to say the least. Ghastly modern art in the public areas, which were cluttered and untidy. There was free wifi, but that's about the only... More

Just a stone throw away form everything of La Grande Bellezza of Rome:piazza Navona,il Corso, downtown and all,yet Hotel Adriano is nestled in a quiet corner of 2 small and narrow streets. It is managed by a family and the care it takes shows in every detail. The breakfast itself is an experience and the Ginbar is esquisite yet not loud at... My husband and I spent 11 nights at the Adriano for my recent 70th birthday. We selected it because of its central location and were thrilled how convenient it was to walk from there to most places we visited. The breakfast staff was welcoming and seriously efficient. They work really hard and do an excellent job keeping up with the... More

The 'Adriano' is a splendid hotel de charme tucked in one of Rome's ancient cobbled streets. via di Pallacorda, close the imposing Parlamento. The Adriano is famous because of its amazing 'Gin Corner' bar, whose shelves groan under the weight of 90+ bottles of different gins for the Martini lover, but the atmosphere of the entire hotel is almost too... My friend and I visited already many strongholds of Gin. What we experienced at the Gin Corner in the Adriano Hotel was extraordinary. The mixologist Dario surprised us with wonderful creations. Especially with not widely known gins. Strong recommendation. See you soon, S

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
