We stayed in this hotel for 4 days on our first ever visit to Rome. The location was fantastic!! They offered a transfer service from the airport which was very helpful. The staff are very helpful. Directions to the hotel were unclear. Location was great for the Forum, Colosseum but a trek for the Vatican. Rooms were basic, small as you expect in Italy. Very average, nothing to rave about. more

We originally tried to book the Cosmopolita, but found them impersonal and unhelpful with the booking process. With 3 days to go, we discovered that we didn't have a room when I double checked everything. We had initially discounted the Fori Imperiali as we are both smokers and it's a non-smoking hotel. Courteous, friendly staff--we felt very comfortable even with my limited Italian. I had a problem with my hairdryer & adapter that blew the fuses in our room. No problem; they immediately moved us to another room. The property was located very conveniently to the sites of ancient Rome. I would definitely stay there again. more

I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Fori Imperiali! It was very convenient to the Colosseum and Roman Forums. The location was great, although it is a little difficult to find.
