Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights last week. The location is down a quiet side street that leads to the Roman Forum and just a few minutes walk to the Collisseum. The tube station is also just around the corner so makes access to other areas of Rome very easy. We got the train to the Vatican, then back... More

Stayed at the Hotel Fori Imperiali last week during a 4 night stay in Rome. The best part of the hotel is its location, as other users have pointed out. You are about a 5 minute walk from the Colosseo metro stop, there are buses that run along Via Fori Imperiali that go through Centro Storico, you can easily walk... More

Stayed here last year. The location was ideal, next to the Colosseum and close to the metro station. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but ok. Reception staff were friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants. An excellent base to explore Rome.

The hotel is down a cobbled stone street, 2 blocks from the Colosseum. Right next to the Colosseum is Palatine Hill, the Forum and the Metro stop. There is an Irish Pub just around the corner. You couldn't ask for a better location when visiting Rome. The staff at Hotel Fori Imperiali Cavalieri were helpful and really understand the term... More

I stayed at this small little hotel in May 2013 so this review has been long overdue, but its better late than never. Location: The hotel itself is kind of hidden in the alley way so it is a little hard to locate but my friend and I didn't really have in issue in trying locate it. It's close to... More

We staid in this hotel last weekend of November. Basic hotel but clean and great location. Walking distance to anything ... restaurants, pubs, "gelaterias". Colosseum is on the corner of the street. The hotel does not have a restaurant so you can only have breakfast at the hotel.

Went in Late October. Stafff, awesome, helpful. Walk 20 minutes to Spanish Steps, 15 to Trevi Fountain, and 15 to Pantheon. The Colesseum is literally around the corner, Forum also. Clean rooms, quaint. Nice breakfast spread. Lots of retaurants etc within 10 minute walk.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Rome twice this year and decided to go with Hotel Fori Imperiali Cavalieri recently. I booked a single room which was very small but did the job, you're only there to sleep really. The breakfast was basic but good and the staff were fantastic. The hotel is incredibly close to both a metro stop... More

Over all this hotel is great. It's about two blocks from the Colosseum, and near a place where you can buy the Roma Pass. My room had a balcony and was facing a quiet side street. The hotel was very clean, and had a nice basic breakfast. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only tiny drawbacks... More

Went by train so like others had a problem with finding it but local were extremely helpful, tip exit station turn right walk until you see steps going up in wall and a arch next to tourists information centre go though arch walk straight ahead and hotel on left. Rooms small old decoration but does the job, roof a life... More
