Max is a great host and the accommodation is spacious and very clean. Breakfast in the room was very good and more than we could eat. Many restaurants nearby and ideal for early morning beat the queues for Vatican Museum and St Peters. Also very handy for metro. Really enjoyed our stay

I was staying at Vatica Town but I found out they have one more accommodation, Ottavian luxury just opposite the road, Both are great but I prefered Ottavian. It's situated in walking distance from Vatican and fromThe metro station. The staff is absolutely fantastic from the girl who brings the breakfast till the an who helps you with the luggage.... A friend and I stayed at Vatican Town for a week. This was a great place to stay at. It was a small cosy, well run B&B in a great location. Only a short walk from St.Peter's, Castell Saint Angelo and other sites of interest. Also the metro line is just around the corner. The area has many restaurants and... More

The place is very good. Few minutes to Vatican or Ottaviano Station. Place is located on quiet street. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are cleaning every day. At place is tea and coffee for free. Rooms are big and comfortable. Generally from my point of view everything is ok. If in the future I will be in Rome again I... More

The location was great. We walked everywhere. The breakfast was decent. The owners were wonderful. But the smell emanating from the bathroom was awful. I could deal with the lousy shower head but the smell gave me a headache.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights during July when visiting Rome. Fantastic location, just a few minutes from the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. 1 minute away from the tube station - Ottaviano (don't get ripped off by taxis from Termini as we did, take the tube!). The rest of Rome's attractions can easily be reached by... More

Excellent location near Ottoviano metro station and Vatican City. The room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was the fastest I've found at a hotel. The breakfast was pretty carb loaded but it was tasty and served just when requested. The staff was helpful and friendly including recognizing me on the street as I arrived and directing my inside.

Great place! Great service! Really clean, and all just like they promisse. Excelent location , 100 mts from subway, and 300 mts from Saint Peter square. Good breakfast , and the AC works perfect, thats really important in Rome, because of the humidity .

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
