The location is the best you can find. Right next to Fontana di trevi , you can go everywhere on foot. We stayed with our two young children and the room was great, renovated, clean and modern, plenty of room for four people. The breakfast was very good too. Only the girls at the reception were a bit like lost,... More

We booked a weekend break at this hotel at the start of August but when we arrived the doors were shut and there was no sign of it being open! we called the phone number and there was no answer and a local shop owner said that it had been shut by the police. We were very disappointed and had... More

Dear Sirs, we apologize for the inconvenience, but the information you wrote is wrong. The structure is closed FOR RENOVATION due to technical problems. Our staff is informing all clients with advance notice. No one is left without an accomodation. All guests are relocated in another structure. Obviously, if you call the phone number of the closed hotel nobody can... More

We stayed at the Trevi Palace Luxury Apartments in Rome in July 2013. The hotel arranged an airport pick up for us and when we arrived at the hotel at around 9.30 am, we were immediately given early access to our rooms which was very helpful as we were able to relax and have a few hours rest before we... Stood here during 3 nights. we had fully paid booking for 3 persons-apartments, but on reception they tried to give us a room without windows, with glassy doors, on the first floor. I have to claim other room, then they change it without any word. Very croudy on holidays! Cleanless, breakfasts - excellent!

Our 1st night the room had intermittent electricity, no working phone, no wifi, & was incredibly noisy all night long. We asked management for compensation but they ignored all our requests. They did change the room the 2nd night. Management couldn't care less about our comfort & we had booked 3 rooms for 3 days!very shocked with their attitude considering... More

I arrived at Trevi Palace Hotel on foot after a long plane journey. I couldn't believe it's proximity to Trevi fountain and the tourist action. However, once in my room I felt miles away. Hotel has been beautifully restored and rooms are spacious and comfortable, named after Italian renaissance painters. An old well in the dining room area has become... More

5 star luxury apartment this is not. Great/fantastic location with most sight seeing within walking distance, but that does not make it a 5star. Rooms are very small, bed was rock hard, no tea making facilities, no info of any kind in the room, no trouser press or iron, even on request. No bar or restaurant. We opted to have... More

Dear Guest, we are very surprised about your dissatisfaction. Our structure is a beautiful 5 stars hotel (very appreciated from our guests). The size of the rooms depend on the typologies (Deluxe, Junior Suite, Suite etc). The bed are comfortable and all rooms have tea making facilities. Our staff is selected by the highest quality standards. Thank you for your... More

Real estate as with Hotels its location location location. There could not be a better location in Rome to stay, and you're a stones throw from the Trevi fountain. You will be able to experience this site like no other tourist can, plus you are in walking distance of almost everything in Rome. The rooms are modern and clean, also... More

Wonderful location. Staff were great. The room was clean and free mini bar was fab, stocked with water, beer and coke. Highly recommend Il Chianti a few doors down towards the fountains for amazing food.

The wow factor here is twofold - the location right near Fontana di Trevi (we arrived late at night and were dropped off at the pedestrian walkway near the fountain and walked around a corner for our WOW moment before reaching the apartments) and the apartments themselves. Rooms are generous and very well appointed. Bit smelly, but that's Rome. Staff... More
